The Hotel was great, wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had pizza for a late night dinner and the ladies were friendly and the pizza was delicious.

The staff was very helpful and professional from check in to check out.

Simple Park grab your bags and head to the front desk or so you would think Not at the Horseshoe As I'm walking to the front desk security won't let me go to check in because I have my bags and bags,are not allowed on the casino floor even though the front desk is only about 50 yards away straight ahead and I'm tired and just want to get some rest Security tells me I have to go back find 2 black double doors take an elevator and walk around the hotel then take the elevator down to get to the front desk Restaurants closed for breakfast, only option dunking donuts or Baskin robins

Comfy bed and nice sitting area. The bed had soft lighting above bed with easy touch sensors on headboard, which was very nice. No reaching for the lamp switch. Now the restaurants. I first had very tasty broccoli and shrimp stir-fry at Thai restaurant. Bree burgers was a nice pub style joint. The shrimp poboy was out of sight loaded with shrimp, cheese fully dressed. The slots were very friendly to me too. 15 minute drive and Golden Nugget and LaBerge casinos sit side by side if you like casino hopping. The city is nice with lots of food places, chain and independents and 2 cinemark auditorium to get your movie on. Now leaving at checkout the valet brought me someone else's car(gulp). So something happened the night before and my keys were put in another pouch. The lovely attendant was mortified I helped her and pointed to my keys and she retrieved my car. It was agood stay and competitively priced

Fun in the evening but its a ghost town in the early morning

The hotel was out in the middle of nowhere but it was a great stop after a long 12 hour drive.

One of the nicest and cleanest casino hotels we have ever been to. Hotel, Casino and Restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay.

Upon arrival to our room the bathroom sink looked like someone had vomited in it. When calling the front desk I was put on hold so my husband went down and was handed a can of Lysol and a rag to clean it with. He was told the cleaning crew had gone home. He spoke to 3 different people over the course of 3 days regarding this. The manager stated he was refunding 1 night of our stay and we have yet to see the refund. Staff was not friendly at all. Our room was not given fresh towels or wash rags in the 4 nights we were there. Come to find out the pool was for 21+. When we booked with Expedia we had to put the age of our child and nothing was mentioned in the welcome email from the Horseshoe.

The property is incredibly clean and well maintained. The air in the room was not extremely cold, but we survived.

Spacious clean rooms. A/C extra cold so recommend a light jacket even in June. Meals were good at the restaurants at casino. We will stay there again.

Clean and quiet easy

We had a great time at the Horseshoe, the casion staff and the restaurant were wonderful however some aspects of the property needed more attention to detail. Our room had 3 funky pillows tiny mismatched and uncomfortable , one door handle to bathroom fell off when open and the coffee pots was missing the needed tray that holds the coffee bag. The rest of the room was cery clean, comfortable and modern. Ther ewas however a lot of differnt noices, from the fridge compressor and traffic from the bring outside. Food and service at the Brew brothers was a wonderful experience so we decided to return for breakfast the next morning, there was not an employee to be found in the restaurant so we finally left and got breakfast on the road. I would certainly go back to the hotel but hope this small issues are addressed to make it an exceptional stay

The light for the makeup mirror does not work. For such a new remodeled building there were imperfections, I expected more. Also, when dining at Ramsey's restaurant if you are not dressed to the nines the chef will not approach your table and go to any person who looks white and has money. Do not recommend.
