It's a wonderful hotel. Only thing is the outside area has lots of mosquitoes due to recent rain. Hotel management needs to get mosquito pest control near the pool area.

The room, staff and general service was great! The only complaint that we had as 70 & 80 yr/old seniors, we wished that we had requested a room closer to the elevator...it was a long walk down the hall to and from the elevator during the day

the maids were banking on my door the next morning forcing me to hurry out of my room before check-out... Very rude housekeeping staff

Lots of food trash in the hallways. No soundproofing so you hear everyone talking from down the halls, next door, bellow and above you. Didn't get served 1 single drink on the casino floor.

This was my first time being at this casino, and it was amazing, the amenities and food pantry were great! The room was beautiful, They had a fire drill around 6 am and that was the only thing that upset up but overall the experience was AMAZING, will definitely be back,Valet was fast and everyone was really nice, the lady that checked me in was amazing and friendly as well.

You have to do something about the bar outside the restaurant. Great place but it's dirty bar tenders have to go inside for mix drinks the guns don't work no ice etc
