Room was spacious and so was the bathroom Lazy river closes early so that was disappointing to the kids. Expedia listed laundry facilities but that is not correct. Lots of parking available Restaurants were a little on the expensive side and no breakfast included

Take advantage of the nice lazy river pool.

The staff were all great. Good service. The elavator, carpets and pool needs improvement. Service in the swim up bar was fast. Drinks were a little bit watered down. Food is average in the sports bar. Food served was still hot. Easy drop off room key box is good to have. Doors to the casino is ok. But they need to fix the door sensor to help open the door. It wasn't working at the time we checked in. So, I had to hold the door to let the lady on the wheelchair in. No fireworks or entertainment near the pool during 4th of July. I was hoping they had a DJ just like Margaritaville in Conroe. Overall, the stay was OK. It can be better.

The hotel was average and didn't include a microwave in the room. Staff was somewhat helpful. They do have an awesome pool set up which was great! The Asia restaurant is a 10/10 stars. The steakhouse was not as good for the price. They do have a 24 hour shop in which you can get snacks which is great for after gambling or listening to live music. Overall my trip was about a 7.5/10

Smelled strongly of marijuana and there was pubic hair on the floor. Otherwise, all was well.

Loved the lazy river, hate that the bars and restaurants close at 9:00 pm

Breakfast at Johnny Sanchez. It was good, but I was hoping for room service. Or bed was so uncomfortable. I was hoping for room service because we were celebrating our 32nd anniversary. We couldn't get the phone to work. I finally realized that the speaker would work, but not the handset. I couldn't reach anyone! Noone would answer their phones, so I gave up. Couldn't reach the front desk, so I finally had to get out of bed and walk downstairs to ask questions, and they were no help at all.

The lazy river was fun. Our room was on the eighth floor and the outside of the room window is very dirty because it is full of mildew.

Very clean and had a parking garage. I reserved a king room with a stand alone shower but it was not ready at check in time. I ended up with a double queen room and a tub/shower combination.

Loved my stay here, the beds are super cozy. I was also able to check in early without an additional fee.
