Great stay in Lake Charles. Room was not available on checkin, but received room ready text shortly. Had a most excellent espresso martini whilst waiting. Roomnwas lovely, especially the bathroom ❤️ Wonderful view, enjoyed watching tugboats from the little step out balcony. Enjoyed 3 on site restaurants, excellent on all counts from 2 of 3, Landry's & Cadillac. Experience at Claim Jumper was a little bumpy, but food and drinks were excellent, once served. Casino was lots of fun, well maintained and well staffed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room & property was clean and we will be back. But the hallway on the 11th floor had a horrible mold/mildew smell. They did place yellow wet floor sign out. But they should’ve used fans to help dry out the water properly & quickly.

My only issue is that they are Nicole and dining their customers more and more. We arrived at noon and realized we were too early to check in. We planned to go to the pool but found they now require require you to check in early to use the pool. $50 at noon and $30 extra at 1pm. They used to allow us to use the pool without having to pay additional fees. Just another example of them extracting as much as they can squeeze from you while you’re there..

I didn't like how I order 2 bed room hotel 2week ahead and they gave me 1 bed room without letting me know. When I check in

Not as impressed as I should have been for over $500 a night.

Fridge didn’t see a fridge to have my drinks get cold other than that everything was good
