Breakfast was only good thing. Property location was not good. Property smelled very bad. Too much spray to suppress the bad smell. It doesn’t look like anything Marriott. It was just like small dorm look like and carpet is smelly. Also sofa bad mattress has very bad stain so couldn’t wait to go home next morning right away.

Yes, this property could use some upgrades to flooring and sofas, but the spacious 1 bedroom suite was great for our two night stay. The bed was comfortable, linens clean and the bathroom was clean as well with decent towels and shower products. I’d stay here again, as it was quiet and breakfast was good with bagels, fruit and yogurt for a healthy meal. Coffee was decent as well. The staff was friendly and efficient, and we had no issues at all. Great value for the Cleveland area, including free parking.

Extremely disappointed with the appearance of non-maintenance and upkeep. Very dated & worn. Changes my mind about what qualifies as a Bonvoy hotel stay. I would definitely NOT stay here again.

We were very grateful for how the front desk handled a tricky situation and accommodated us for an early check-in to allow us to change our attire and attend a work meeting that we had at 3 PM. The room itself was well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was excellent. There was cleanliness issue in a couple of spots, possibly due to how quickly they had to ready our room. But overall, for longer visits, we'd recommend it for its location, amenities, comfort and staff support.

Stayed here because of the full size fridge and freezer. Everything else was ok. Beds sagged in the middle. My husband has a bad back so he was unimpressed. Location was kind of tricky but was near the highway, so that was good.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The property is old with worn carpet and smells very musty/moldy. It is relatively clean. It provided a place to shower and sleep. I would not choose this place again. Would not recommend.

Door to the room was broken and it stuck so basically had to tackle the door to get in

Loved the place no indoor pool but you have access to the pool across the way which was coinvent but not during the cold honestly have to walk all the way around the the front to let you in but other then that there was absolutely no issues

The staff were nice. This time of year the pool was closed.

some of the staff was lazy, and internet didnt work and leaky toilet , was moved to three different rooms and couldnt work becase they had internet issues which caused me to loose money and corporate gave me back points that were basically 2 days if that you would think they would compensate you for you're time and money very disappointed
