Towneplace Suites By Marriott Cleveland Westlake

It was in a very nice area. We were able to walk the dogs around quite a bit. Nice grassy areas. Someone was grilling in the grill provided and it smelled great!! This place needs an update desperately! The carpet is fraying and ugly. The hide-a-bed needs a new mattress. The layout is bizarre and very tight. Because of this I would not stay again. Definitely not worth what we paid and they charged a $100 pet FEE! Not a deposit, a FEE! For that crappy carpet! If they did a remodel and charged reasonably, I would stay again.

Everything was clean and stocked, the breakfast was simple but good. Easy to access.

Loved the amenities. Having a kitchen was awesome. I just needed a sponge so I had to go buy one. Great location. But you need a car. Breakfast was great. Got my protein. Very well taken care of.

Pleasant

Proximity to the event that I attended 1st room smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room internet was not working consistently.

The property had a 2 bedroom suite which was great for family trips. The property was really old and needed updating. We had a 2 bedroom suite plus a studio room and they both had a strong cat scent. The smell was strong enough to make me gag.

Quiet environment! Breakfast was good. Pool wasn’t functional during our stay.

The rooms and hotel are in needed of a major renovation, but everything was clean and fresh. It was very quiet and the beds have very comfortable mattresses, which made for a good night sleep. Stayed 6 nights in a 2 bedroom, which meet our needs as each has it's own thermostat for temperature control.

Outback Restaurant was really close. Grocery shopping was 2 to 3 miles away Property looked run down. Loud fan running in lobby. Could not hear well when checking I .

Great breakfast and with one exception, the staff was very helpful and accommodating When my 3rd party tried to check in a 11:30pm the desk had no record that i had already paid for the room. Since it was late at night no manager to assist, my party had to pay for his room using his own credit card, meaning hte room was paid for twice. Sill waiting on the refund.

I was there for one night and the room was neat and clean. Hotel itself is really worn and in need of a serious refresher. Breakfast was okay, too.

Rooms smelled like cat urine. Hallways very hot. Pullout bed had dirty sheets and found crackers in pullout

However- 🫤 The kitchen area was dirty. The cutlery, glasses, and cookware needed to all be washed before using. I went to fill the bathtub with water and the drain wouldn’t seal due to hair being in it. I would stay here again because the location is amazing however, you will need to clean first to feel comfortable at this accommodation. Chores while on vacation isn’t ideal.
