Rooms need alot of work

We left a day early… first time I have to do that EVER…smileless person at front desk the 3 times I went there. Police knocked at my door the first morning for a crime that occured next room… guy with 4 children in other room smoking pot and hash all night. Toilet leaking water…bad bad bad place….makes Cleveland look bad for a tourist like me.

A run down place. The front entrance wall was broken and patched by a plywood. Staff said the someone drove a car and hit the front entrance. Why not fix it asap? Many doors for the motel room were peeling and ugly. Plenty of Parking space. Room had moldy smell. Lots of old and beat up cars in the parking lot as it looks like a slum where poor people come to stay. The price was about $76, but I don't think it was worth it.

Close to restaurants and stores. Room was clean with lamanent floors. Main ice machine was broken and they had the wherewithal to utilize a backup machine for the guests Outside was an eyesore

It was clean and has good staff. Not very comfortable.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Cobwebs covered the door and most surfaces. The room did not match the photos on the website at all. Overall very disappointing.

the staff was nice. the pool was clean. not enough towels when asked for clean towels never got them

There were people just hanging around outside one guy trying to what looked like break into the machine outside. The staff was watching a movie on a laptop while talking making it hard to understand them and we found drug paraphernalia in our room out in the open as soon as we walked in!
