Clean rooms. Good breakfast
-
It was great staying here. I actually added 2 more nights and they gave me the same rate as when I first booked my stay. That was really nice of them to do that . Staff were kind and helpful too.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and our room was quite and roomy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room

The pool was cloudy with an extremely high volume to the piped in music making the swimming area less than peaceful. There was a limited supply of pool towels. The coffee service was only open in the morning during breakfast. They charge for parking in an area that doesn't suffer from parking issues as this is in the subburbs with a large parking lot. This is just another veiled attempt to make us spend more money. The breakfast has no trays to be able to take the food to my room. I hate eating in a crowded noisy area. The food was cold (hash browns, ham and eggs) The eggs had a bad texture and flavor. They didn't clean the room or empty our trash for our Wednesday through Sunday stay. We had to ask every day for more towels and wash clothes and for our garbage to be emptied. They only emptied only 1 of the two cans. I won't recommend this hotel as there is a Drury hotel that far exceeds these standards a block away. Drury doesn't charge for parking. They have a great free breakfast and free supper, soda with other beverages complimentary as well. They don't charge for parking. This Hyatt Place has gone downhill since our last visit. I've just been on a long trip and stayed at multiple hotels. This is the worst one (even stayed in a better hotel in tiny Ottumwa, IA). A True hotel we stayed at provided complimentary forgotten items like a tooth brush etc. At this hotel you had to buy every little forgotten item.

Staff was great!

This was the second time we stayed here. It was just as great as the first time. I love the consistency. The staff were all super friendly. This time we used the pool. They provide towels and have lounge chairs and a shower available. We were the only people in the pool at the time, so it was great for us. The location is awesome. Lots of shops and restaurants around. This is a great hotel for us and we will probably stay here every time we come to Colorado.

Easy to locate and convenient shopping nearby
-
Room and staff were just fine and even bartender was very nice but breakfast was not good any day. Fruit was never ripe so it was always too hard. Scrambled eggs were fake and tasted horrible. Waffles were only thing worth eating. Bacon was not ver cooked each day. Do breakfast right or don’t do it. It was horrible. So bad by day 2 of four I simple couldn’t eat it day 3 and 4 we ate elsewhere.

Great location for our plans, breakfast was good, the room was very clean and updated. The bed was very uncomfortable to me but everyone is different. Overall a very good experience.

The Hyatt place at Westminster was an excellent place to stay. It was very clean and it felt very inviting. The breakfast area always was nice, clean and organized. There was a fabulous outdoor eating area for breakfast. We also sat outside in the same seating area in the evening and had cocktails. Cozy couches, and fun and festive party lights hanging over the area. The bathroom was very updated. I absolutely loved the walk-in shower with large sliding doors. Very clean. The staff was excellent also. We left our room for 20 minutes to have breakfast. When we came back up to our room, everything was clean with fresh clean towels! The price was perfect also. I would definitely book this place again. Very convenient to the highway, and Shopping!

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in for awhile. Everything was clean, breakfast was great.

Overall good. Far from downtown and other weight seeing. Having Target, Dave and busters close was convenient.
