Great property. We found it central to everything we wanted to do while visiting the Denver area. Very easy access to highways. Property is very well maintained and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Though the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, it is a nice variety and the facilities are way above what you typically find. The only suggestion is that they need carpets either in or near the elevator because of the constantly wet floors from people swimming and not drying properly.

Loved the daily breakfast that was included as well as the option to purchase dinner from the bar.

STAFF WAS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ON SITE RESTRAUNT WAS VERY CONVIEVENT AND DELICIOUS.

This hotel was 5 star! All the staff was friendly all the time. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel and my room were quiet which is the most important to me. I will stay here anytime I go back to Colorado!

Printer for printing important papers=NO ink! NO USB ports in the room. Surprisingl Staff=very helpful; a great big shout out to Diana at the front desk; above and beyond helpful! Will definitely return for a stay when in the area

There is a VERY good reason why this hotel has such great reviews! Very clean, staff was EXTREMELY hospitable & willing to go above and beyond for you. The breakfast is just as others say, very clean & great options! Seemed more fresh. Also I have noticed i really appreciate a good solid building. We were up on 6th floor & you could tell the building was a great quality building & the floors were veer quite. We have 3 rambunctious boys, so I am usually telling them to quite down. It really is a quiet, very well ran hotel.

The room was very nice and staff is always very helpful and pleasant.

What I didn't care for was the couch we had in our room. It really needs to be replaced. It wasn't dirty by any means, but the cushions are no longer providing adequate support. We've noticed that standard tasks like bed-making, trash removal, and towel replacement haven't been consistent unless we specifically request them to be done. So, if your staying more than 1 night be aware.
