Room- Mattress has a sink hole in it, pillows should be thrown out were all clumped up and should be tossed out.

Hotel as an ideal location for us to visit relatives in Westminster. The breakfast had sufficient variety of food offerings. Very quiet location. Hotel is showing its age. Could use some upgrade to carpets, etc. but considering the price it was as expected.

Website said breakfast was extra. However, breakfast was included so that was awesome. Eggs, hash browns, waffles, cereal, juice, milk, and some muffins

It was close to the location i needed to go to every day. Staff was not friendly the hotel was filthy run down from the hallways elevator was falling apart held together with tape the room was not cleaned well from the start to the finish. The drain in the bathroom sink stunk like poop the breakfast was horrible the hot tub out of order the whole time. The pool out of order 2 days someone smoking Marijuana on our floor. Never again!!

The attendant at check-in was wonderful and eager to meet all our needs. Breakfast was a bread breakfast of cereal, bread, and waffles. Nothing else ! Needs improving; fruit or sausage ? Other was a good stay !

Good location for my needs on this trip. Room was large. Shower pressure and temperature was good. Wifi was nearly non existent. The staff person was rarely at the front desk (8 PM and on) to answer questions, or even check in. Staff also said they would prefer to be anywhere else.

Pool was unavailable. There should be a way to advise clients of pool or workout room closed

Minuses: very poor Wi-Fi connection and hard to get 5G. Hot tub and pool we’re not available even though they were advertised.
