Loved my stay here! Very accessible and close by to many attractions in Denver. Arrived early in the a.m. and the staff made check in very easy, even had my room ready. The room itself was clean with a great view. Staying here for the weekend was the best decision, greatly recommend for solo travelers.

This hotel needs some updating the room i was in the sink backed up anytime you used it. The toilet required multiple flushes and the shower was even worse. Didn’t know it was a handicapped room until I got there but the shower was almost unusable. I couldn’t get the overhead shower to work at all and had to use the hand unit

Great staff and room was good! Only small issue was the pool was freezing, our kids were shaking and couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes, didn’t seem like the heater was working.

We stayed in an upper level corner room and our view was remarkable!! We loved watching the sunset. It was absolutely gorgeous!

The room was decent but our shower did not have shampoo. I called the front desk and my call was never answered. I had to go down to get the shampoo. It is obvious that is understaffed.

The pool water was too cold; guests kept turning back because no one could get into water that freezing.

Pool was closed (on a weekend during summer). Very disappointed kids. Waited in hold for front desk to get a rollaway bed because the beds were small. No answer. Parked a mile away with no other entrance open but the front. Won’t stay again.

Everything was great about my stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing. The amenities were wonderful. The area around the property was beautiful. The rooms were clean and excellent!
