All great

Stayed here for a week. Room had everything i needed and was clean. Pool was nice. I liked the pool table in the lobby and the free coffee 24/7. Only negative is they dont clean the room or replenish towels. They did it 1x in the whole week.

Great stay place clean and I will consider staying again!

There was 2 front desk clerks who were very nice. Ebonee I think was one name and the other young lady worked the same shift as her. I'm not sure about the names The housekeepers hardly wanted to do the service in my room. I had to search for them to ask for service in our room. Then the pool was not open and it is mid June. The general manager thought it was sufficient to put some points on my account to make up for the fact I couldn't take my grandson swimming when he came to visit me. I just had stomach surgery so clean sheets would have been nice so I didn't end up with an infection

TV did not work in room and maintenance staff had already left. No solution and no offer for consideration or compensation for a major inconvenience.

Roominess Cool not working No free breakfast

Couldn't get wifi until we became loyalty members, room wasn't cleaned great, hair in bath tub, and food crumbs on couch and even on the room phone. Staff was great and tried their best!!! But we didn't get the room we ordered and didn't get reimbursed for the mistake either.

Asst. Mgr went above the call of duty to help locate petsonal documents. This long evaluation!

The only problem I had was when I initially walked into the lobby, there was a strong unpleasant smell. Almost as if they were trying to cover another smell.

It was very clean and quiet. The location was excellent for our activity. The room was a nice size. Parking lot needs potholes repaired. Hard to find ice macine.. only located on ground floor. Signs directed us to one on our floor, but it wasn't there. We only had two bath towels in our bathroom.

Nice and clean hotel centrally located with easy access to KS 54-400. Would definitely stay in again.

Location and outdoor grill and fire pit. Free laundry facilities for guests.

Clean rooms and very comfortable bed!

We were in a 2 bedroom suite that had plenty of space and a nice layout. The beds were super comfy. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked well-stocked. Love the free coffee/tea/cocoa in the lobby. The a/c worked great. The pool table in the lobby was nice to have. We also liked the lending locker that had cards, and board games.
