They cancelled my reservation but still managed to charge my card.

The property was excellent. Great location and the staff was wonderful!

Our room smelled like B.O. like a hockey team had stayed in it prior to us. The elevator near our room was out of service (we were on the fourth floor). I understand things happen, but it was really inconvenient. The main elevator was operable, though. There were no luggage carts available and the front desk didn’t try to offer another solution or help us haul everything up the fourth floor. The AC unit was not good and couldn’t go below 72 degrees. The hotel was sold out so we couldn’t ask for a different room either. Won’t stay again.

Icemaker only on main floor even though signs said they were on each floor. No towels at the pool.

Suites were great for our big family. Good fitness room. Close to conveniences such as a grocery store and restaurants. Icemaker only on main floor even though signs said they were on each floor. No towels at the pool.

They say that the property is smoke free, however, it was so smoky. 2nd elevator was not working.

Stayed here for a week. Room had everything i needed and was clean. Pool was nice. I liked the pool table in the lobby and the free coffee 24/7. Only negative is they dont clean the room or replenish towels. They did it 1x in the whole week.

There was 2 front desk clerks who were very nice. Ebonee I think was one name and the other young lady worked the same shift as her. I'm not sure about the names The housekeepers hardly wanted to do the service in my room. I had to search for them to ask for service in our room. Then the pool was not open and it is mid June. The general manager thought it was sufficient to put some points on my account to make up for the fact I couldn't take my grandson swimming when he came to visit me. I just had stomach surgery so clean sheets would have been nice so I didn't end up with an infection
