We had to call the plumber three times after that we just left it alone the stool stayed stopped up the whole time so that wasn’t very nice at all

Excellent pub with great specials.

I found the gentleman that checked me in to be rude and condescending. The rest of the staff that I had contact with was very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking a clean, comfortable place with great customer service.

This property was a nice clean place. We happened to be there at the same time the junior soccer leagues were in town, so the hotel was over run with young, energetic athletes however, we had a nice stay with no noise from the teams. I had a problem signing into WiFi but the front desk was very helpful in getting the problem corrected.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are a little outdated and very thin walls I could hear everything the people next door were talking about, not a tv watcher but had to leave it on to drown out their conversations. Very busy hotel.

The hallway on level 4 is dark. The rooms were okay, they smell a little off. The restroom you could tell the wall behind the toilet had water damage because it was stapled together. No fan in the restroom. There is a two inch gap between the door and floor which seems extremely unsafe but also very annoying at night when you’re trying to sleep. Definitely one of those “well thankfully we are only here one night” kind of experiences.

The stay was perfect except at the reception the night shift employee (lady) was rude me with my partner for no reason. No customer experience, very unprofessional when attending to customers. Discrimination. She said there were no rooms and then after I sent my white friend to ask she ended up being told that there is an available room for her. Customer care at the front desk was poor

The shower did not have hot water. It was lukewarm as best.

Especially the hot tub!
