Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

The morning staff was apologetic, however we did Not have a restful stay.

Staff were amazing! Everyone we encountered were super nice and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good too. The only thing is the hotel is a bit dated but nothing terrible. Would still stay here again. I was here with my mother and young son and felt safe.

Overall the furniture was just bad and incredibly uncomfortable need of being refreshed. The carpet in the hallways felt like I was walking on sticks or something because it made a crunching sound when I walked on it or rolled my luggage. The pool is indoor and not heated so it’s the temp of the room which I estimate in the mid 70’s. Staff was great, they took care of the one room issue I had. The housekeepers don’t speak English so that was a little frustrating trying to get some soap for the shower without them coming in. They did do a fair job of dressing up the room (only once in four days though) and brought fresh towels daily. Overall, this is a budget friendly hotel. Don’t expect luxury when you get there. If you need a place to lay your head at night, this could work. If you need comfort over convenience then find somewhere else.

Breakfast was wonderful!

Stayed for 2 nights and had to get 3 different key cards because they would stop working after one use. The wifi would disconnect every few minutes and then have to reconnect. I had to tighten the toilet seat down because it was about to fall off. The refrigerator was barely colder than the room with the AC running. I expected a much better experience for 195.00 a night. I do not recommend staying at a best western at all.

The breakfast was great. Our room did not have any body wash or handsoap in it.

Our room was clean. Judy was very helpful and even helped us with other ideas for our trip. The pool was not able to be accessed right before we checked in. They offered to give a refund, but we declined. When we returned from dinner, the pool was fixed!

It is a great hotel clean, staff wonderful, convenient to where I needed to go, needing some up dating would recommend

Breakfest was good. Room was clean. They even gave me a late checkout.

BED BUGS! The front desk guy offered me a different room, which was right next door to the first room. When I ask for a refund the front desk guy said he couldn't give one but to call the manager the next day. I called and left a message three times and got no response. BED BUGS!

The breakfast lady was a Karen!
