First class all around. Staff was courteous and helpful. Facility and setting were very nice. We were surprised there was no microwave in the room. We missed not being able to heat up our fantastic food saved from the restaurant

Easily accessed from the interstate. Large soccer groups staying it was noisy and elevators were hard to access.

The air conditioning was not working- our room was at 75 degrees and would not cool down. Many people had also complained about this same issue. Luckily we brought a small fan, but I didn’t do much good.

I really appreciated the help with my luggage since I’ve been traveling for eight days. I have a lot to move in and out. I woke up to the fire alarm in the room next to me. I guess it was shower steam sensitive?
