The air conditioning was not working- our room was at 75 degrees and would not cool down. Many people had also complained about this same issue. Luckily we brought a small fan, but I didn’t do much good.

I really appreciated the help with my luggage since I’ve been traveling for eight days. I have a lot to move in and out. I woke up to the fire alarm in the room next to me. I guess it was shower steam sensitive?

Our breakfast waitress for 2 days was spectacular. The food was also great.

They have replace carpets with hard surface flooring in the rooms and placed nice rug on each side of the bed. The staff kept asking what could they could do for us. Breakfast was cook beautifully and a large portion. We enjoyed.

Very clean and great support in the beds. The lotion offered stinks bad. I would suggest changing to a different scent. It smells like clove cigarettes.

Nice hotel for a last minute overnight stay. The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Location was near all the places we like to shop and there are plenty of restaurants near by.
