Won’t be back ever!!

There were no rooms for us . Expedia overbooked and the hotel did not inform us . We had the Expedia reservation for 2 weeks. We had to search for rooms at 9 PM and pay $200 more for our stay.

Property was very outdated.

The lady at the lobby was so nice

Staff at check in was kind, resourceful, and overall great at customer service. Room was just for overnight. Clean and secure.

Robyn The room i had to have

What they call "Breakfast" is the worst ever. Stale packaged carbs and sugar.

Staff were excellent and professional

And I appearicite that. Friendly and very nice to my grandson. Robyn was her name. After waiting for my pizza delivery Came back up it smelled like dogs real bad and wasn't like that at first

Location good, staff friendly It advertised a fully equipped kitchen but in fact the kitchen was COMPLETELY empty--not one plate, spoon, cup, glass or cooking utensils

Nothing smells like cat piss, dog piss and death. That it smelled bad and was filthy.

Good location. The room smelled horrifically of smoke even though it's supposed to be non smoking. We did report to the persin duty immediately just so we werent charged and they did not care ??. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out bed.

The rooms were very nice, clean and quite. The staff also was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Pet friendly and fully functional kitchen

Staff was nice This is a good location. Definitely do not stay here if you have children. We had drunk/high people walking up and down the hallway yelling and falling all over the place. At one point there was blood all over the floor. On top of that we had the ceiling stay dumping water into our room. This was the worse stay.

Yes fully equipped just have to ask for dishes

Easy access to major roads and staff was very friendly. Beds were too soft, no ice in rooms, nearest restaurant for breakfast was over 2 miles away and not a single ice machine in building.

Most of everything I made a reservation and paid online but when I got to the motel they charged me again and then takes several days to get my money back but you take it instantly it was your fault it was done it should be replaced just as quickly as it was taken

Quiet not a lot of noise around. No hair dryer in room and shower stall was dirty (black bottom of tub).
