Hampton Inn Wichita-East

The breakfast was great The walk- in shower was not ADA acceptable. There were no bars on the shower walls and no where to sit.

Good place to stay. Very nice area. Good staff. Nice and clean room. Will come back in future.

* Hotel smelled like incense burning especially in the hallways. (Extremely strong) * There were also several storage pods in the parking lot limiting space to park. We had no choice but to park in the Diamond club parking or park in the hotel parking lot next door. * The bed was comfortable though.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. There was no hot tub and the elevator wasn't working for 2 days and we were on the 3rd floor. I am 74 years old and needless to say it was very hard on me. I'm not happy at all and I requested to lower my price but since I went through your app, they couldn't help me.

1 week later and no refund. They took my money . They stole my $

The Breakfast was great. The room was amazing. The only complaint I have is in the picture the hotel has a hot tub but it does NOT have a hot tub super disappointed.

Booked an accessible room, didn’t get it. Gave us a room key and when we opened the door, the room was already occupied (here in Kansas, that could have been literally deadly). Absolutely no water pressure.
