Staff was great. But we found debris on the bathroom floor and likewise by the entry door. They do have a breakfast, but the biscuits were depleted and the egg omelettes were burned, perhaps over done. On one side. Given a choice, we probably won't stay there again. Maybe so. Price was good

Great experience, alot of activity that weekend, staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. Would stay there again if given opportunity.

The breakfast was great The walk- in shower was not ADA acceptable. There were no bars on the shower walls and no where to sit.

* Hotel smelled like incense burning especially in the hallways. (Extremely strong) * There were also several storage pods in the parking lot limiting space to park. We had no choice but to park in the Diamond club parking or park in the hotel parking lot next door. * The bed was comfortable though.

There was no hot tub and the elevator wasn't working for 2 days and we were on the 3rd floor. I am 74 years old and needless to say it was very hard on me. I'm not happy at all and I requested to lower my price but since I went through your app, they couldn't help me.

Rented a room, got charged but When I got they to check in no room were available. I had to sleep in my car. 1 week later and no refund. They took my money . They stole my $
