Decent hotel for the price

We used the pool for over 3 hours. It was warm and clean. We each had a few waters, they were free with the room. We also had some fresh cookies. Breakfast buffet was stocked, hot and plentiful. Coffee was also excellent.

Handicap accessible room was located on the second floor at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevators. I booked a walk-in shower but received a standard bathtub. Front desk staff on the evening of 7/24 was not helpful, provided very little guidance and was unprofessional and rude in her response to my inquiries related to the handicap room location and lack of walk-in shower.
