The hotel was not open and we got no notification.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was grime and dirt all over the floors and literally dried blood smeared on the wall in my room that painted an awful scene. I had a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was so dirty I couldn’t even use it. To top it off, there was water damage on the ceiling above the bed in my room, and the water was dripping on my face while I slept. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely will never be going to a Red Roof hotel ever again.

It cloaed last minute with no warning and no call, and we had to find a new hotel at 10pm.

Room was disgusting, lobby smelled like sewer

Everytime i havr stayed at this hotel they have some sort of plumbing issue and was woken up at midnight to change rooms

I asked for a first floor due to physical challenges and a pet, got 5th . The room was on a floor where the ac in the hall was in pieces. The room did not have a shower but only a tub that I was not informed of. Once again I have physical challenges that made that dangerous. The location worked well for me. Amenities list on website did not match what was available such as breakfast and shower.

When I turned in the water in the bathroom it came out yellow in both the sink and tub. Each time turning it on and off.

The first room I was given smelled so bad like something died in there

Very disappointed in the property; very overpriced considering how bad it was. We could have stayed someplace much nicer for a lot less, but it was the pictures of the pool that drew us in. Pool was nice, but room was terrible. Bedsprings poking us in the back, no towels or shampoo were offered. Someone knocked on our door at 10:30 PM asking for any towels that needed to be laundered because they didn't have any clean ones on hand. We said we were needing some ourselves! We saw so many dead bugs everywhere we looked. Neighbors were slamming doors at all hours & lots of noise from outside. No peace, no rest, no comfort, no breakfast. Huge rip-off.

Easy check in and check out and they accommodated our request of more pillows and towels. Low quality cleanliness. The blankets, bedsheets, and towels still had stain on them. There were also old sheets just piled up in the hallway, near the doors. The walls had holes, and there were other things that didn’t seem clean and tidy.

I enjoyed the stay not quite as nice as it was last time that I was here but it wasn't terrible and I would go back again

It looked NOTHING like the pictures. We got a jetted tub that couldn't be used as it wasn't cleaned. It also looked as if they stole it from a trailer. There was roaches in the regular bathtub/shower along with opened body bar soap and someone's Kenra shampoo. The linens were dirty, there was mold in the ceiling. The entire 5th floor smelt like Marijuana. The door had to be shoved open. It looked as if crackheads were present. I 10/10 recommend you DON'T STAY HERE.

They did let me check in early but they didn’t have the size of bed I had originally booked and said they had absolutely no more king beds even available but other than that the stay was fine
