Served it's purpose well. That's all I really have to say.

Value was great location was great Getting in the driveway was a little bit difficult once I figured it out it was ok. The bath towels were a little to thin and worn out the toilet did not work properly. I did report to staff when I left.

The air conditioner started making a loud noise while we were trying to stay. My husband had to wake up and being on the pills are as thin as a sheet and they only put three on the bed to begin with for a king size bed so we asked for more pillows and got them. They’re also flat as my husband would need five and I need the bed as hard as a rock is very old. This place is clean. I will give them that very uncomfortable bed which is why we’re there in the first place.

Exceptional

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay an extra $20 because of the Wichita surrounding areas.

The hotel is very outdated it smells of mold there's no irons in the room and I was told that the property window stated that they don't have to have them anymore which is very weird the first staff member I encountered didn't know how to run my card and was just kind of slow to do everything didn't seem like she wanted to be there I've stayed here before in the first time it was fine this time I had no iron in a leaky roof in the bathroom just overall not a good experience not for that price

Everything was very comfortable and they were exceptionally nice to my dogs!! Thank you!!

Bed bugs. I came out with TEN marks, on mu arls and leg.

Pets allowed in pet free rooms and there was carpet. But the worst thing was fleas. The staff was super friendly but they say people sneak in pets and they have no control over fleas.

This place was just to stay until the morning because my flight came in late.. very reasonable price for a quick stay I had no problems

I went to where I had to go for my obligation, and decided, if they would not issue a refund. I would at least try to stay. It looked like I could take home bed bugs from this place so I was overly paranoid and checking everything. When I went back to check in, at least the lobby was quiet and empty. Breakfast the next morning, also quiet and empty. The lady was nice enough to make some coffee to go for me, but had no breakfast to offer. Apparently I waited too long and "people kept taking stuff" so they did not put more out. Only stay here if you have to.

Had to remove the whole air conditioner filled with mold black mold restroom black mold the bedroom black mold the lady that runs the front desk of the white lady she rude told me I can get my money back or stay in that room even though it had black mold in it maintenance dude I was trying to show him the mold he told me he didn't want to see it

I was charged another 20 dollars on top of the 50 that I was told online that I would be paying. Only after I was already charged for the first amount. I get there and they show me some sign taped on the desk about charging $20 fee outside of the booking. I asked why didn’t they have this showing on the website “. Acted like it was common to mislead people online then get them there and basically force me to pay 20 more bucks because it was late. I honestly could file some stuff with the better business office and mention this website and how nobody mentions hidden fees

Beside the maid service anyone else especially front desk not friendly at all

Ac was slow took 4 hours to cool room. Staff was great. Good value for price.
