The front desk attendant was very nice!

Room was outstanding , very clean, super comfy bed Nothing the staff was great

The front desk clerk that worked during breakfast on Thursday, 6 August 2026 was extremely rude, biased, and needs to be terminated. My son and I went down to eat breakfast at 0830. When we perused the options, the counter was covered with dry cereal, condiments, and was overall disgusting. Looking past that, I lifted the container which had “scrambled eggs” tagged, it was bare. I went to the aforementioned woman that “looked” professional, but conducted herself completely opposite. I politely said, excuse me, because her back was turned towards the front desk, she turns around, says “yes” while casting her eyes towards the computer located on the desk. I asked, “will someone be refilling the eggs?” She looked down at her watch and said to the floor while walking towards the left side of the desk, “she should be, I will text her” then proceeded to pick up something briefly and continue to act as if I bothered her. I disregarded her discontented and annoyed attitude and said “Thank you” then returned to my seat. After about 5 minutes, she walks to breakfast buffet, overlooked the mess, went to the egg container, opened it, then turned and walked back to the desk, not informing me of anything. 25 minutes pass and a different woman walked from the hallway behind the buffet and put about a half serving of scrambled eggs into the dish then walked off. We then put the eggs on a plate and made due with the literal “scraps we were given” then went to our room.

We got a suite with 2 queen bed and a couch with trundle for 2 kids.We fit our extended family easily. We all enjoyed the pool morning & night. Great breakfast.

Convenient location for the places I needed to go. The doors are thin - I could hear pretty much everything in the hallway, including a group of adults and teens talking and laughing and running about from 11-1130p. The computers were also down so check in was a mess and at one point my key cards stopped working and there was difficulty making new ones.

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. Location to our event worked out great. For a suite, I thought there should be at least one chair in the bedroom area.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

From check-in to check out the staff and stay were amazing!!! Clean, well maintained, spacious room, wonderful breakfast every morning!!! The pool is pretty small but still it was clean and well taken care of!

Prompt airport shuttle going and coming. Very economical parking while we flew. Professional and personable staff. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one that actually bubbles.

I didn't like that the wind was whistling into the room. It was annoying and would wake us up through out the night. It was room 122.

Very comfortable bed. Room immaculate. The only thing I would have liked a tub and a kingsize bed, Not one or the other. I also would have liked a hand held shower head. Neither indoor pool or hot tub were hot enough, not even very warm. Excellent buffet breakfast. We really appreciated the opportunity to leave our car for $5 a day and airport shuttle to and from. After flying back to Wichita we’ll stay 2 more nights while visiting family in Wichita.
