Staff were really nice

I booked for 2 nights, my son and I were only in the hotel for 7 minutes before we handed back our keys and checked out. Didn’t even ask for a refund, just had to get out of there. It was dirty from top to bottom. The carpet leading to the rooms hand standing dirty and debris piled up, walls and doors were gross. Opened our door and didn’t even want to touch the light switch with a batter hand, as it had visible gunk on it. Walks and floors were dirty. Water damage by thin, things run down and damaged. It was immediately apparent why they don’t charge an incidental fee, as there is literally nothing you could do to make the room worse that it already was. In fact a match would improve it tremendously. I was honestly shocked that hotels.com even had a place this bad on their site. Very disappointed.

The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation.

The whole second floor smelled like weed. The room had blemish’s all over the walls and vanity. Don’t bother with the continental breakfast. I arrived at 730 and everything was empty and no one was monitoring it.

Weird smell and giant nasty mystery stain on the mattress. We turned around and left and asked for a refund.

Price was great and location was close to airport. The smell was musty, many cosmetics patches, top step on back stairs was wobbly, room had huge brownish stain on the mattress and duvet covers had stains on them.

When I walked in the places smelled extremely bad. When I went to my room there was water on the floor I thought they had just mopped the floor but come to find out the toilet was leaking bad. The fridge and the microwave had gunk in them. The shower was also leaking from the back of the hook up from the wall. The room also smells. I will not stay at this hotel again until they do some major improvements of this hotel.

I liked that the property was close to all of our activities that weekend, as well as some excellent places to dine. Also, the cleaning staff were on top of things for our room and very accommodating. The bed sheets were clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I did not like that our shower faucet was broken and it was hard to get hot water. Also, the complimentary breakfast was absolutely horrible. There were three old sausage patties, nothing else hot, the pancake machine was broken and there was no milk provided for the cereal. It was VERY bare and disappointing as we looked forward to the breakfast that morning. Also, our room smelled very wet and musty.

Not senior friendly property. No elevators and no ground level rooms

Inexpensive and close to our venue. Breakfast was skimpy and bare bones. Had to go out the second day as it was nearly empty.

You could smell the moisture/humidity in the main hallways

The room was dirty. There was a huge patch of mold on the ceiling above the shower.

Sheets were clean but had holes that looked like cigarette burns; ice bucket had standing water and mold all over the lid; walls were dirty .
