The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in process was extremely easy and they allowed us to early. Our room was on the 4th floor and had an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great experience so close to the beach and boardwalk we enjoyed the clean and well maintained pool, the room we stayed in was clean, spacious and the A/C was cold. We highly recommend this property for your vacation or just a weekend away.

Signs with rules are posted. But no one to enforce. Also it would be nice to have a separate smoking area with seating and ash tray. Maybe on the 4th floor balcony!

Location could not have been better- right on the beach, right at the end of the boardwalk, but somehow also peaceful and quiet. It made going to the beach with little kids and all their stuff especially easy and convenient. Our room was clean, quiet, and we had a nice view of fireworks from our balcony. Customer service was amazing, and we especially appreciated the emails prior to our stay. My husband especially wanted to emphasize how clean he found the room, saying it was the nicest room he’s ever stayed in. There was nothing we didn’t like. The only suggestion maybe was another hook or towel rack in the bathroom would have been helpful, with four people showering, we ran out of places to hang damp towels, especially when the hook on the back of the door ended up being used to hang toiletry bags.

The location, at the very north end of the Wildwood boardwalk, was ideal. Despite other reviews that mentioned serious lapses in cleanliness, I did not find this to be the case. Staff, what we saw of them, was very nice. I paid premium for what was billed as an "Oceanfront Room". Check out the picture I attached. Does that look like an oceanfront, or a staircase-view, room? I would have asked for a different one had the woman who checked us in not alleged that "lots of people" would be arriving later. At six in the morning the next day, I counted six cars in guest parking--six! There are at least 30-40 rooms in the motel. This was a mid-week trip in May during absolutely horrendous weather and Wildwood was a ghost town. Nothing I could do about the weather, but the only ocean we could see from our premium room was glimpses--in between the steps of the front-and-center staircase. Terribly disappointed they didn't do better by us.
