Great location. Friendly staff! Property was not super clean or well maintained.

Everything was horrible from the staff to the building . We checked into a rude desk clerk n then sent to a filthy room w stained sheets, filth on the walls, outlets sparking, multiple broken items, seen stains on blankets, no help from management, refused refund when checked out a day early.

Out was on the boardwalk! Nothing

Would stay again bad so much fun with my family place very clean staff so helpful all hours of the night

The property was clean & well maintained. Parking was tight but adequate. The biggest problem we had was spotty internet & unusable TV.

Clean, comfy It was a little far walk but you can always take the tram

Location and space

We’ve been coming here since the kids were little. I love that has the kitchen always clean and always a great time.

The water slide was closed which makes it pointless it was just an indoor pool. Could’ve stayed at a cheaper place that had an indoor pool and nicer.

Beachfront beautiful. Awesome pools. Friendly employees. Good parking. We enjoyed our stay. Being on 6th floor.

Excellent view and right on the beach & boardwalk. I found fake eye lashes in the bathroom.

Montego resort was clean, great size rooms. The resort was in a perfect place. Walk out the doors your either on the boardwalk or at the beach. The only thing I didn't like was the (inside) water park, for if your not tall enough you can't go down the slides. But the bigger k8ds loved it.

We loved our room. We had an ocean view suite right on the boardwalk and beach - it was quiet as we were on the top floor and the room was recently renovated. We stayed there years ago and it was in poor condition so we were very pleased with this update! The elevators are very slow, and there are only two for an enormous building. They also only allow for one car per unit - I wish they allowed a 2nd parking pass for a fee depending on availability!

Location was great The rooms are filthy holes in the walls and ceilings blood on the couch a very loud AC unit in the closet in the bedroom that had towels all around it probably growing lots of mold in there! The pool was disgustingly dirty, and freezing cold. If you want to use the grills, you need an oven mit just to open it or you’ll burn your hand. The bar is only open for 4 hours a night. Front desk staff is not very friendly. They need to do some serious renovations and updating!

The location was good and also the rooms were remodeled and clean. The stairwells and elevator were gross and also shady. The condition of the building was dirty and the front desk area needs a facelift. The rooms were surprisingly very nice and clean.

The location is fabulous! Limited living room furniture. it would be nice to have one or two comfortable chairs. Room for 6 only has a couch. everyone else has to sit in really uncomfortable kitchen chairs.

We brought these issues to the attention of the staff, and they offered us complimentary breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. While the gesture was appreciated, we chose not to utilize it. On a positive note, our children found the beds comfortable, and the view from the suite was great. The pools were also enjoyable. However, the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable, and for an upgraded suite at this price point, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and overall quality. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we will most likely not return to this location
