Montego Bay Resort

We loved our view it was amazing. The kitchen was stocked well, looked like a brand new stove/oven so we had a spaghetti dinner one night. The Staff was super helpful but they kept promising us that we could get in the room early but it never happened. My husband had to personally look to see if the maid was done and he was. Maybe better communication would have been better? Parking was awesome as we always had a spot in the underground lot. Beds could have been more comfortable, they made noise when moving around. Overall an 8.5 is appropriate.

The front desk people were extremely nice and the location was great! Our room on arrival was not clean, housekeeping didn’t come until the 3rd day!!!

Carpets were dirty in our room with tears in it. Stains were on the carpets and sofa. The shower had very low pressure and drained very slowly causing a build up of sand. Our balcony door did not lock.

Made online reservations- presented for check in- was told by older gentleman “ we don’t have any rooms” only after I spoke with a manager did they accommodate my reservation. There is obviously a break down in communication between your online booking and your hotel availability. Check in was therefore delayed and we were made to wait while it here’s were checked in. Room did not have tv remote and bathrooms were dirty

I have kids and the pools and playground were appreciated. Loved the location to everything and short walk to the beach. My kids loved watching the fireworks from the balcony. Small elevator, small towels, wished the room provided paper towel roll, cheap toilet paper, wished are bed linen was changed daily, floor was slick and everyone in my family fell at least once, and wished the room provided a broom.

Pool with slides for the kids, right on the board walk super close to the beach Beds felt like they were gonna fall apart, chairs for dining table super uncomfortable, false eyelashes in the tub, hair tie full of hair on the floor in the bedroom, dirty lunch bag left over from someone previous in a cabinet, not scooter friendly if your handicap

The suite had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the kitchen layout. The tile flooring is so much better than the old carpet. Maintenance issues were quickly addressed. Tub was very old and cracked. I wouldn't want to sit or bathe a small child in it. The door to patio was broken and very hard to open and close. Electric outlet in bathroom didn't work.

This was my first experience at this motel and in the area. I loved the location and the views from the motel. Keep up the good work and excellent hospitality, even when you are busy.
