RusMar Motel

Very easy stay and was accommodating with Parking, which is a huge issue in Wildwood. That peace of mind helped.

This property was the cheapest I could find. I block to beach was great. AC was questionable but ok. Was clean. Frig didn’t work. Glad it was only 2 nights but would do in a pinch

No breakfast Rooms was small. Ac was too high in the wall couldnt reach the settings.

Room is small with no phone, No pool on property. service is bad. I needed towels, which i asked for a number of times, It was left on a chair outside my door later in the day. When i left on my last day i forgot my power plug for my computer and I called the office and was told no one is around and they can't go in the room. I asked office manager to knock on the door, and she said it was not there.

When i went to check in, the lady gave me a key for a room and sent me on my way. upon opening the room door, people were already staying in the room for the weekend. i went and told her about it and she got snippy with me claiming “there was nobody in there.” there was also no toilet paper in our room.

We reserved 2 rooms. 1 of the rooms was not cleaned but they were able to give us a different room. The other room was cleaned but had blood stains on the wall.

Room Nothing

The pros of Rus Mar is the location, on Ocean near the South end of the boardwalk, away from the crowds but close to the beach. Pet friendly for a fee. Parking. Some rooms offer a kitchenette.

Great hotel.

Nothing because it was so filthy. Filthy room, red stain on front door and bathroom door, bathroom door knob hanging off, broken bed, blood stain on sheets, stains on bath towels. Dirt ring in bath tub black dirt stain by sink, floor dirty

It’s a decent location and they allow my little dog to stay. I was able to get a room at the last minute as I wasn’t planning on staying overnight

nothing. I didn’t even stay there. They said that I can get a full refund and I never got it. Everything about the motel.

Location Location Location!!! The experience was awesome staff fantastic front desk perfect wonderful place to stay and I will continue to stay there often There was nothing I didn’t like.

There was no staff only a note on the door to call a number. The person on the phone said my room key was in the mailbox. I booked a 2 bedroom and the room was a 1 BR. I called again and they said a room is available on the 1st floor and is open so just go in. The room was used by the night clerk and had a door to the office. It was dirty and had dirty clothes in it. I called and said I was not staying and requested a refund. They said no refund. I left and stayed in another hotel. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Great location, Free parking. On 2nd floor, could see airshow. Kitchenette Our room wasn't cleaned during stay. I had to ask to trade towels in. Kitchen stove didn't work.

We arrived at the RussMar Hotel shortly after 5pm. Apparently that was "late", so the staff left a voicemail and our entry key in the outside mailbox. I had to call to get a wifi password; they had to text it to me because I could not understand the verbal response. On the plus side, the bed and bath were clean, but the floor was sandy and greasy. Checkout the next morning: No one in the office at 8:00am. I called the number posted on the door to find out no staff would be on site until 9:00. We left the key in the mailbox, hoping for the best, and assumed that the staff had charged our credit card for the night's stay. Yes, late September is off season, but either open a properly staffed and clean hotel, or shut it down for the winter.

The location was wonderful. Although they provided a coffee machine, the only coffee provided was decaffeinated coffee. No silverware no sugar pack gets no paper towels, no napkins, etc. After staying at a shore resort in Ocean City, Maryland, this was very disappointing. Assure resort provided an ironing board and iron, a blow dryer and four pillows on each bed. The sad part is, this cost almost as much as the ashore resort.

Just the location The room wasn’t clean. It had an odor when I walked in the outlet between the two beds didn’t work. I had to clean the bathroom before I brought my stuff in. There’s mold on the ceiling in the bathroom there outlet behind the door that has the refrigerator and microwave plugged into it is falling out of the wall. The air conditioner is falling off the wall, leaving a gap so bugs can get into the room and is also plugged into a surge protector which is plugged into the wall and there is no mat that goes in the bathtub to keep you from slipping. I slipped a couple times and was able to catch myself, and that was just with being wet from water without soap. And I know it’s summertime and it’s not really used but the heater underneath the window in the room as well as the heater in the bathroom is full of garbage and pieces of paper.
