Dolphin Inn

Took a step down in hotels this year only cause of going for a short couple nights and let’s just say I won’t do that again.. wasn’t necessarily anything wrong just wasn’t for me. No cleaning service unless you schedule it . No one was at the office when I arrived to check in and again when I went to check out .

Newly remodeled. Very clean. Easy check in and very friendly staff.

I highly recommend staying here. The owners are amazing and accommodating. The location is perfect. You can park your car and walk everywhere you need to go. The rooms are clean. Everything you expect. I will definitely stay here every time

Loud. Neighbors stomping floors all night

Clean room, very friendly, family atmosphere. Boardwalk and fun is right around the corner... definitely would stay again.

Very clean room and friendly staff.

The friendliness. The front staff were excellent and helpful, with giving us tips on where to eat. It was quiet no load was after 10pm. Pool was nice. They had two grills that you could use. Nothing everything was great.

Really close to beach and boardwalk which was a super plus. The room was extremely clean and would have definitely came back. However my only issue was that I was told that if I planned to stay out I would need a parking permit as the lot would be full. I was not notified that I had to do this beforehand. And upon coming on 1 late night, I called the front desk and a woman answered and let me know I had to do it beforehand. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Told me it was “my problem” and I could parking 2-3 blocks away and/or risk the parking ticket. Aside from this in incident, had a nice time.

There was no breakfast where we stayed but a few diners only a few minutes away with yummy food. Everything was great no complaints

The rooms were clean I didn’t like that you couldn’t get a hold of someone after hours with the number provided. My daughter came home Saturday night at 9 from dinner and there was no parking in the lot. Since I couldn’t get anyone on the phone I paid $40 to park my car on the street. Even though our rooms were next to each other we had no balcony or chairs to be able to sit outside at night.

Close to the boardwalk and beach, friendly staff Not having g a chance to go in the pool but that wasn’t the Dolphin Inn’s fault.

That it over so fast

The location was super. Very basic hotel but it was ok for the price we paid The water of the pool was shallow. I ask for à balcony. I had à balcony but not in front of the pool but in front of a brick wall

Kept orderly Ac was a little weak on the hotter days

Cleanliness. The room could have been cleaner the floor was very dusty, not swept or mopped. The toilet was not the cleanest, nor was the shower liner. The bathrooms could use an upgrade. Antiquated shower and toilet.

The only tough part was parking. You only get one space per room. My son and I were there for a Jeep event with both of our jeeps. The street parking was park mobile but was free from 10pm-8am. We were alway out and busy so we only had to pay for a few hours. Nice motel.

Pool was great and the location was perfect being a couple hundred feet from the boardwalk. Staff was very helpful and the room had everything you could expect. They have direct tv and plenty of channels to watch if that’s your thing, or free wifi if you want to watch something on streaming. Definitely will be staying here again and can’t wait to come back to Jersey. I don’t have any complaints about the inn. It’s everything you’d expect from a beach side hotel and more.
