We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The room and entire hotel area were very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool was right outside the hotel and was perfect for both the kids and adults. Even better, the hotel is just a one-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which made everything so convenient. Highly recommended, especially for families with kids and teenagers!

The property, rooms, pool, and surrounding area were kept VERY well kept. Pool was cleaned every single day, and all the people that stayed were great at sharing pool floaties, etc. We brought a bunch and just left them in the pool area each night for everyone to use. Folks were great about using, and putting back. We left them in the one corner until our stay was over, and nothing was stolen. We also felt very safe leaving our beach items and towels, etc on the little tables provided outside of each room every day. The rooms were cleaned well upon arrival and anything you needed (extra towels, etc) were easily obtained. The main issue above all else is the parking. The parking spots are only suitable for very small compact cars. My husband actually measured the distance and they are short the typical parking spot size by 1-2'' depending. This makes a world of difference when you have an SUV or a mini van, which most people there had. At one point, we had to go back across the street in the paid parking lot. The office was very accommodating in recognizing we would need to do so, BUT instead of having a few spots over there secured and validated with the parking to hand out in case of situations like this, they made my husband and brother (who had the same issue), walk the four blocks to get the ticket validated. Additionally, when a spot opened up that we could fit in, since we already had the pass for across the street, we were told after the fact, that we gave up our spot at the motel and could no longer park there. We did not realize this and received a phone call when we were at the beach. Luckily the office staff were understanding of the fact we were not going to walk back from the beach just to move the car...but this is something to know for the future. My other complaint is more a building design issue, is that the rooms are set up oddly where you open the door and see straight into the bathroom. This proved to be awkward a few times when someone went to use the bathroom and the kids walked right in. Definitely need to close the bathroom door at all times to avoid this!

The Beach House was located just across the street from the boardwalk with a bit of ocean view in the background. They had a nice deck where you can catch the nice evening breeze and watch the boardwalk and ocean in the background. The pool was nice, it went from 3 feet to 9 feet with a little 2 foot section if you have little ones or just wanted to sit in the pool. Each room had a table and 2 chairs right outside next to the door to sit and relax with the sea breeze coming in. My wife and I had breakfast there some days as they had a nicely done kitchen area inside the room where you can cook. Within that kitchen area was a large refrigerator with a full size stove, and a Keurig for my morning tea or coffee. I was able to bring my own k-cups to use, plus they had offered free k-cups during the stay. Of course, they had a full sink for watching any dishes used. They had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for the shower as well as bar soap. The rooms from what I understand were recently redone and look awesome. This was a great place to stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. When we arrived, the parking slots located at the hotel where very small plus being that we had an SUV probably didn't help. But then we learned that we were able to use the lot across the street which had more space, we just had to give the office our information and go down the street to register. This also gave us the option to head out via car when needed for shopping or just taking a drive. We were able to use the local parking spot temporarily to unpack and then we moved. So I guess if this is the worse to happen, not bad at all.

Holy deceptive pictures. This place is a dump. The only good thing about this place is that the room is moderately clean. Our reservation said double room double bed but what we got was a studio. We paid $300+ dollars/night for 3 nights which was exorbitant considering this sham of a motel. We could not believe when they told us the there are no ac remotes in the room and it is controlled by the management. So everytime you need to turn it on or off or change the temp you have to go to the office and they will come to your room to change it. The office is closed after 9pm so you will not find anyone after that time till the morning. The parking lot is so tight that we had scratches on our new car. Dont waste your money on this dump.
