Adventurer Oceanfront Inn

The room was clean. I was on 5th floor and I did notice when getting off elevator that it smelled very musty in the hallway and did not go away during my 5 day stay. Otherwise everything else was fine. No problems parking and staff were pleasant

The property is very neglected, the rooms are very deteriorated, the sheets smell very bad as if they were not washed.

Bad timing maybe, because this was my favorite place? A few ice machines not working, pool heat broken for one day, fire pit out of propane. The restaurant was awful. Cold food, super greasy lukewarm fried fish but the chips were the star of the meal. Asked for tea and milk after dinner, the waitress appeared with lukewarm tea and milk already added, so much milk that it was like having tea flavored milk. My friend like the burger... another friend had chicken fingers. 3 scrawny chicken fingers. As an aside, the same food a few nights previous at The Ugly Mug in Cape May was wonderful, large portions cooked right!

Beautiful place to stay. Parking was fine. Location is wonderful right at the end of the boardwalk and on the beach. Plenty of spots to sit outside and relax, watch tv, watch the ocean. The room was fantastic. The beds so comfortable. The private balcony was great. I wanted to try dinner at the reef but on the night I was there, they weren’t open late. But their breakfast was delicious so I assume their dinner would be also. Wish they would have had a booklet type information packet showing where things were like the ice machine and vending machines.

The room itself was not clean; hairs in the tub and on the bottom of the bathmat, soap scum in the tub, dust all over the bathroom shelf, mold/mildew on the cloth wall in the sleeping area, mold/mildew on the partition between the kitchen area and sleeping area, the remotes had a later of grease on it, there was food under the table, etc. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable, and the pool heater was broken (the staff was great and got it fixed the night before we left). The staff was so wonderful, with the exception of the person I spoke to the day before check in, who I tried to work with on bumping our stay date by 2 days due to impending hurrican-like weather and having to travel in it. He was unhelpful and rude and said they didn't anticipate any inclement weather - literally everywhere around us was flooded. We were fortunate to not have flooded, but literally everywhere around us did. I wouldn't necessarily stay here again, given the condition of our room upon arrival and the attitude I was given when I expressed my concerns regarding the weather emergency in place, that was updated to a state of emergency. If you do stay here, at least they have nice staff working in the hotel!

No signage indicating where entrance to lobby/check-in was. Also….only 2 elevators for 7 stories. Elevators were very small….luggage carts were big and convenient but only one cart fit in the elevator at a time with room for only 3 people . Needless to say on check out morning there was a long wait. One other issue…..toilet seats were exceptionally close to the ground. Very difficult if a person has hip issues.

Everything is great except some kind of smells in elevator. A very nice staff & location.

Great location, nice and clean. The guys at the desk were very nice. Easier access to elevators for luggage.

Friendly staff . Great location essy beach and boardwalk access. Nice restaurant in hotel. Hot shower and strong water pressure. Comfortable bed and nice little kitchen set up .Highly recommended

The only positive about this property is the location More of a motel than a hotel. I'd say it was a 2 star hotel in a 5 star location.

Our fifth time there. Great location, beautiful views of the ocean, excellent off season rates, attentive staff. Ample of parking. The elevators are due for replacement.

I liked it as soon as I walked in. Customer service was great. The room was nice and large with the kitchenette and living room space. Balcony was a bit small for four of us we just put two more chairs out there and watched all the people walking by. Ocean front was unbeatable. Pool was very large and quite comfortable with towels included. The restaurant was excellent also. Food very tasty and great pricing. We had a great time and really enjoyed the space.

They were considerate to our request to change the date due to bad rainy weather for our 2 days stay ….we feel very at home with adventure motor Inn .Highly recommended to friends and family.Hope we get the same room for our family ! Nothing !

Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was also nice Good location. Just wondering how the parking situation would work during the busy season. Also 10am checkout would not be ideal if I stayed a few days.
