Aqua Beach Hotel

Great experience overall!

my family and I started in one of the condos and we thoroughly enjoyed it we had problems with the ac and it was fixed within an hour. will definitely stay again

Great location. Pool was very crowded. Room was dated but fine. It is a place at the shore.

Staff was very helpful and wonderful the hotel was very clean. The thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have coffee like other hotels in the room.

The hotel looks very dirty.

Facilities worth the price. The lights on the outdoor areas flood the room at night. I understand the need to keep balconies lit. Black out blinds would be nice. Night time photo attached.

We also loved the rooftop hammock and seating. Best of view round for the sunrise and sunset. The bathroom in the honeymoon suite should have a countertop. There was nowhere to put anything. We also did not like that you had to pay for ice. That’s very weird. Never heard that happen before. I also did not like the fact that the toilet paper dispenser was located close to the ground behind the toilet…. Very odd placement.

We stayed in the “Jade” Room, which had an oceanfront view and was extremely clean upon arrival. The entire building was well maintained, and our room consistently smelled fresh and clean, which immediately stood out to us. The pool and Jacuzzi area were very nice and provided a great place to relax & unwind. Although it was a busy tournament weekend, the atmosphere was still very pleasant. Guests were courteous, mindful, and respectful of shared spaces, which made the experience even better. One minor gripe would be that parking is SUPER tight. If you have a big body SUV, it will be tough to get out of. One of the biggest highlights was the location. Being so close to the beach but slightly farther away from the busier, more crowded part of the boardwalk made a big difference. It felt more secluded and peaceful, with a less crowded beach area that we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the small café attached to the hotel. It was very convenient to grab coffee and breakfast early in the morning before heading out for the day. The staff was consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had no issues at all and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Aqua Beach Hotel for a clean, comfortable, and well-located beach stay!

Stayed here at the end of June for beach blast. This property is located just feet away from the at the end of the broad walk. A short walk and you can catch the tram to morey pier or it is about a 10-15min walk. The property is clean and nicely maintained. The parking spots are a bit tight but as I looked around all the other properties their parking spaces were about the same. The pool goes to 5ft and is a nice size. My child and her soccer team mates had a great time swimming in the pool after a day at the pier. The pictures don’t do it justice. I would definitely stay here again. Loved that it had a mini kitchen small stove top microwave and mini fridge, I couldn’t get the temp right on the fridge but I think that was user error and I didn’t asked the staff for help. Check in and check out staff were nice and friendly. Didn’t have to interact with anyone other staff besides that. Overall great stay. Only con bed was a bit too soft and bring your own beach towels.

The rooms are very nice and unusually spacious. We really enjoyed all the space. However, the phones in the room were not user friendly. After 2 days, there was a light flashing on our phone, we thought maybe we had a message. We couldn't figure out how to access it as they were no directions on how to use the phone. We checked with the front desk clerk. He informed us the phones are new and he had no idea how to do it either. Never did learn if we had a message or not. The hot tub and pool are well maintained open as late as 10 pm. The Buttercup Cafe on site makes a delicious breakfast with large portions.

Loved the location of the property near the beach Nothing with the property that I didn’t like ,but rules about the hot tub in which kids under 16 was in the hot tub playing and jumping like it was the pool . Only dislike

Pool is nice, the 5th floor cabana with hammocks is a nice touch. Hotel is close to the beach and a little walk to the end/start of the boardwalk. Nice pillows and beds. Love having the kitchenette with microwave and fridge. The lobby looks freshly redone (pretty, bright and clean) however the room, on the 4th floor we stayed, in did not reflect that type of recent update. Everything is tight. Parking spaces as well as the walking area to get to your room with the luggage trolley doesn't fit with the white plastic chairs in the way. The hair dryer in our room is cracked (at the part you plug in the wall.) this is probably dangerous. The AC unit is so incredibly loud. There are no black out curtains and the lights are on all night. Our room had a french-fry on the floor long the wall and a candy wrapper under the bed.

though initially requested the previous day and was told to check back early on checkout morning, which I did. Not even allowed to use pool for an hour or so area after checkout at 11 am, even though they have shower and changing facilities separate from guest rooms. Also, had to immediately remove car from the property. These two denials have no basis in logic as new guests cannot check in until 4pm. Unfortunately, these things soured an otherwise perfect stay.

Location is great. Convenient. Wonderful ocean view, Staff was polite and pleasant Furniture uncomfortable. Supplies minimal - how about coffee mugs? Prices in cafe stopped us eating there. Room feels outdated.

It was close to Atils Gym and the Beach Grills Didn't work properly, we had a kitchen that was had very little plates only small one and a small frying pan , ice machines broken that you would have to feed money to use

Great view from our ocean front room and rooms were clean. The roof top area was great as well watching the sunset, the staff was great too. Had a issue with the hair dryer and staff gave us a new one. And our key card wouldn't work one night and the staff had maintenance up there in less than 5 mins too make sure it was good after some fresh batterys. Shared baclony on the rooms facing ocean still not bad, the in wall ac unit is noisy even on low but works great. Lights outside room are bright but room had a sliding curtain that we used too block off the kitchenette, limited kitchen ware as expected we brought some of our own stuff.

Extremely clean resort. Great location. My only problem was excessive children (even ones with diapers ) in the hot tub playing games in jumping. Staff should monitor pool and tub area a little better. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.
