Aqua Beach Hotel

I will say the parking spaces are very tight and you cannot get into your car.

The outdoor pool was very nice with hot tub. We also enjoyed the roof top deck. It was close to the beach and boardwalk The pillows were terrible, you only got 2 on a bed and they were flat as a pancake. The bedspread was horrible as well. The blinds on the windows let in the lights from outside our door. So you thought it was morning when it wasn’t. Need some curtains over them. The elevator was very slow.

The location is great as well as the rooftop deck. The room itself was not cleaned well. There were food crumbs everywhere. The room was outdated. The furnishings, like the couch, were really beat up.

The check in person was nice Room was dark, loud noise, smelled bad, our clothes smelled bad when we got home.

Everything was great except the bedding. The king size bed was made with no fitted sheet. The pillows are terrible and the pull out couch has a mattress that’s just springs.

Love the hotel. Staff was supper nice.

The hotel is close to the boardwalk so you don't have to walk far to get there. The beach is right across the sidewalk. Very convenient. I recommend this hotel.

The view, the cleanliness and the Cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch Jacuzzi was not always a hot as it should be and parents let their kids under 16 go in. Noone was there to enforce that rule.

When I reported these issues, the only solution offered was clean bedsheets. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told none was available. Overall, the property is overpriced and does not meet the standards you would expect for the price.
