Location Need some more updates and discounts would help.

Location is excellent. This is its best feature. Steps from beach and facing biking/ walking/ jogging path leading to boardwalk in one direction and Diamond Beach in another. Accessible to excellent diner ( on foot) , bike rental and a nearby pretty park. The parking area is very right at motel but there is nearby street parking. Pool is well maintained and nice sun deck that faces beach. Would not recommend first flloor at all. Too noisy and a fish bowl feel. Room and bathroom were very clean . I felt place was priced too high.

Great location. Within close proximity of the boardwalk. First just want to say it was a great couple of days. We had some extra space in our room but location in hotel was terrible. The laundry room was outside our door with staff walking in and out. Then we had a second entrance that went out to the street. Open up your shades and you have the view of parked cars . Outside that door we had a small table with 2 chairs so you can sit where the cars are. Yikes. Pay the extra money for a Poole or beach view.This is our 2nd year in a row staying at Gondolier. Don’t take room 101.

extremely hard working and friendly staff. Very accommodating... place is a little dated, but maintenance is well-maintained and cleanliness is a +10... Pool very relaxing and plenty of room for guests! Grills available for barbecuing... very economical if you have children traveling with you and want to save some $$on dining out! At times the room was a bit warm and AC auto shut.... we were there during very hot days, could be due to energy surges, all in all very comfortable sleep.... Bathrooms very dated and ceiling exhaust fan very noisy and could not be fixed...was told it was the same in most rooms...

2nd year in a row staying here….everything is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and personable. Easy walk to the boardwalk, parks, the beach, etc….without the enormous price tag that some other hotels have that really are not any better. 100% would recommend staying here to anyone.

We had a great stay for 4 days. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Pool is kept very clean. We definitely recommend staying there.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was very nice and helpful. This was our first time staying here, and we will stay again. The ocean view is awesome, the rooms are large and very clean.

The view was beautiful. The property was quiet and the other guests were delightful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The floors were so dirty. Walking around bare foot was not an option. White socks are black on the bottom. The beds were rock hard. Blankets were sheets. When we asked for blankets the staff questioned where the other 2 blankets were. We booked for 5 ppl and we had 2 blankets. The paint on the ceiling and walls were peeling.The toliet paper was so thin. The fridge wasn't cold enough but the freezer was too cold. The parking spots were extremely small. The pool closed at 8pm and didn't open till 9am. You couldn't play your own music at the pool according to the sign in the lobby. You couldn't smoke on the property at all. We had to smoke on the street. I just think the room was way over priced. The rules were a bit much. Another lady at the hotel said the one lady in the office told her that her friend couldn't knock on the door to come get her for a night out because guests weren't allowed on the property at all. The curtain on the front windows wouldn't close all the way. You could always see through the window right into the livingroom which was also the bedroom. The deadbolt on the door was so old that you had to pull down on the door handle to get it to lock.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Why do kids over 18 but under 21 have to wear wrist bands for the pool?
