Gondolier Motel

2nd year in a row staying here….everything is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and personable. Easy walk to the boardwalk, parks, the beach, etc….without the enormous price tag that some other hotels have that really are not any better. 100% would recommend staying here to anyone.

We had a great stay for 4 days. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Pool is kept very clean. We definitely recommend staying there.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was very nice and helpful. This was our first time staying here, and we will stay again. The ocean view is awesome, the rooms are large and very clean.

The view was beautiful. The property was quiet and the other guests were delightful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The floors were so dirty. Walking around bare foot was not an option. White socks are black on the bottom. The beds were rock hard. Blankets were sheets. When we asked for blankets the staff questioned where the other 2 blankets were. We booked for 5 ppl and we had 2 blankets. The paint on the ceiling and walls were peeling.The toliet paper was so thin. The fridge wasn't cold enough but the freezer was too cold. The parking spots were extremely small. The pool closed at 8pm and didn't open till 9am. You couldn't play your own music at the pool according to the sign in the lobby. You couldn't smoke on the property at all. We had to smoke on the street. I just think the room was way over priced. The rules were a bit much. Another lady at the hotel said the one lady in the office told her that her friend couldn't knock on the door to come get her for a night out because guests weren't allowed on the property at all. The curtain on the front windows wouldn't close all the way. You could always see through the window right into the livingroom which was also the bedroom. The deadbolt on the door was so old that you had to pull down on the door handle to get it to lock.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Why do kids over 18 but under 21 have to wear wrist bands for the pool?

Definitely the bed were absolutely soft to the touch so I sleep amazingly ! The fact I didn’t book a longer stay !

Dirty neighbor smoking weed in hotel room..ants in room .. toilet doesn't flush.. uncomfortable beds..rooms too small .. rooms not clean right..

Close to the boardwalk

Quick trip to the area for a marathon race. Perfect location and very simple but lovely room next to the Ocean! Perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Gondolier. Staff was super helpful, the room was clean with an awesome ocean view, and the boardwalk was just a short walk away. The whole family had a great time. Zero complaints.

For that amount of money they could have serve breakfast.way to expensive It was ok but it wasn’t extremely fancy for the money they charged.

I have one reservation: Fox News played in the coffee room, per direction of the owners ( I was told by someone at the front desk that his was the directive.). I was told that I could change it, which I did, but it was always changed back. In a divisive world, it would make good business sense to choose something apolitical in the common area. I suggest a home improvement show, which I have seen in waiting areas of other common spaces.

Swimming pool area was fun and relaxing for everyone. beautiful view from the outside Patio parks and food are all around the property the Beach and Boardwalk are just steps away from the property ... Room was too small for a family of five to really be comfortable very Noisy our room was By the Laundry room washers and Dryers Running all Night Guests slamming doors all hours of the day and Night.
