Bel Air Motel

There was no elevator — only stairs to climb with my heavy suitcase! The price was good and only 20 minutes from the town of Cape May! Within a few minutes that I arrived, I misplaced my key and couldn’t find it anywhere! The hotel staff charged me $20 for this loss! Thank you!

The bathroom was small but adequate for one person! The sink was small with little room for my electric rollers while I used them! I had to plug them in an outlet in the corner of the room and thus, forgot to take them when I left! IF the hotel is kind enough to wrap up the smallest of six rollers and send them to me with no charge, I will be impressed and return next July! Thank you! The price was reasonable so with that said, I have no complaints!

I liked the seated area in the tub, good for shaving legs.

This was in a good location and the pool was very nice but the rooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival, floors and countertops very dirty and there were missing grates on the stove top. Staff also not aware of Wildwood street parking policies since we had two vehicles and could only park one in their lot.

Everything was great the staff were very nice you can't beat the location. My wife and I were very pleased with everything can't wait to go back.

Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures online are old pictures when someone else owned it and it was nice! Does not look the same. Property is dirty. Shower drips all day no matter how hard you turn the old, rusted handles. Outdated and small bathroom. Tiny. Not very clean. There was a long piece of hair on my shower wall. TV didn't work, had them come in, she clicked her remote and left, it still didn't work. Ice machine stopped working on our third day there. Our first room was a corner room, so tiny you could not breathe. There was a puddle of water on the floor, so they moved us to another room. No maid service (unless requested they said, along with no hair dryer unless requested.) By Friday, outside trash cans were overflowing. If you wanted more towels or toilet paper, you had to go to the office. Noisy kids above Friday night running back and forth 12-3 am!! Pool area was not kept up with. Pool had some sand on the bottom sides. Walk way in front of hotel doors on lower floor was very dirty. The price for Friday and Saturday night was extremely high and not worth it for the room. Not a good overall experience, won't be returning.

Floors were dirty. The bathroom floor was black when I wiped it down. Fridge microwave out of date. I would not stay there again. The only good thing was the air conditioner worked.

The room was in decent shape, but the hotel itself is very old and not well maintained. The bathroom was very small and old. Old tiles and fixtures. The air-conditioning was new but placed in a spot in the room where the person closest to it froze sleeping and the people on the other side of the room were hot.

Property was not clean. Room was ok, after we moved to another room on the corner that was so small with water on the bathroom floor. Tiny and outdated bathroom. Shower and water continually dripped after shutting off no matter how hard you tried to turn it off. Ice maker was not working after our third day there. If you wanted more towels or toilet paper you had to go to the front desk. Friday night the room above us had many children and they were running in the room from 12 am, they woke me up at 3 am. Friday and Saturday night charges were very high for the weekend verses during the week, was totally not worth it. Won't be coming back.

Veary nice and helpful staff...the room was veary clean and the pool was veary clean all so ...I wood came here again to stay

Bed and pillows were comfy. The room had 2 king size bed. The front desk staff upgraded us. Location is good. Close to the beach and boardwalk. I would stay there again.

It was literally impossible to sleep because of the noise. There was music blaring outside my room until 12:45 am. Additionally, the TV was only able to get one channel. I would not stay at this location again.
