Oceanfront Pan American Hotel

The Hotel was very clean and staff was very accomodating. In addition, the amentities on site such as free coffee were a nice touch. The only issue / concern was the pool heater was not functioning therefore water tempeture was not maintained at 80 degrees as advertised.

I have been coming to Wildwood Crest my entire life and first time staying at Pan American. From the moment we stepped inside you could feel this hotel was different. It was beautifully appointed and clean, decorated so gorgeously for fall. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean, and everyone on-site went above and beyond. The free cookies and coffee was such a terrific touch we really appreciated. You don't find this kind of hospitality anymore so it is worth noting here. We did not want to leave.

Location, lots of parking. Front desk staff Tasha I believe, showed us the room before we agreed and it was their last room. She tried to see if she had anything else but she didn’t. Seemed clean and nice and on beach with a pool too. Hotel was willing to reverse the charge on a non refundable room, Which was very appreciated. Was advertised as having a balcony and an ocean view and the room had a tiny balcony that they called a Juliet balcony and you could barely see the ocean for the entire patio pool area being in the way. Even looked out into the lobby too. Should not advertise the balcony or view and then the pathetic-ness of the “balcony” and “view” would be a plus and surprise.

It was a sausage festival! Try the homemade fritters. The underwater ballet was not what I hoped for.

Very nice property and very kind staff. The restaurant CAVU was understaffed, so we had to go elsewhere for dinner.

First time staying in wildwood in 29 years

Overall was a decent stay, pool was clean. Location was fun being so close to the boardwalk. The one thing that was strange is that when they cleaned the room, they didn’t clean any dishes that were in the sink and it seemed as though they didn’t clean the kitchen at all. For POV, we had just left 2 coffee mugs and two glasses in the sink. Nothing extensive. Otherwise for an ‘older’ hotel it feels upgraded and clean.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very enjoyable. I truly appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I would definitely recommend the Pan American Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. Overall, a very positive experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and the amenities were great. Cavu BYOB was a great option for breakfast and dinner.

Staff is super friendly but they don’t like offering an extension towards a check out time. Room was in great condition along with being very clean. It is a wonderful place for family and location is within walking distance of so much fun!
