The pool The staff being rude to first responders and the website hours due to the owner gives privileges to whoever they want and not tell anyone about pool hours it's insane

The location was good, the staff was nice and the pool was clean! The beds were small and the pull out was so uncomfortable! The towels were ripped and the facility needed updating and the outside needed a good cleaning!

Old fashioned wildwood crest hotel. They have made improvements like fresh paint, new flooring, pool lighting and other things. Very freindly management. A pleasure to deal with. Laid back and fun hotel. Grills for cooking and mini golf. Free ice. Great wildwood crest location. They are not strict and annoying with rules like some other hotels can be down here. I have stayed here a couple times this year and really enjoyed staying here. It is a great value for familys. I hope stays that way for a long time. Always room for more updating. Some new wildwood pictures in the rooms, some new painting outside would be nice.

Location was great, kids liked the variety of things to do. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they would have a broom in the unit so we could sweep it up after getting sand on the floor.

They didn’t come in at all until the last day when the lady walked in on me while I was getting dressed Also asked for towels 3 rd day and had To go down in morning of last day to replace towels.
