Nassau Inn Beachfront

Staff was friendly and welcoming, even when we locked ourselves out of our bathroom, the hotel manager came up and was able to pop it open with a special tool. She was very kind. Hotel amenities came with a coffee pot and a Keurig but no coffee. Most hotels if they don't have coffee pots and offer free bags of coffee to make in rooms they offer in in the lobby. Unfortunately that wasn't the case- we had to go buy our own kids or ground coffee and the filters and milk, suger etc. Somewhat disappointing. We had not spatula to cook eggs and went to office to ask for one. The lid on one of the pots was also broken and we had Magiver it to make it work. The room was clean, founds some long hairs in the bathroom and and old chip under the decorative shell bowl on eating table. The table shakes and wobbles and the chairs all creek and shimmy. We had a great stay and none of these ruined our time, just some small suggestions to help improve.

The grill needs to be cleaned more often.

The staff was great as always. Very accommodating .The venue is nice for both families as well as peace and quiet seekers.

Was alright. Room was nice right by beach. Other families were very rude at night loud etc smoking. No rules enforced at all.

Already booked for next year trip.

The rooms are older and there has been a few updates . Upon checking we had 4 light bulbs that were burnt out and a curtain that would not bc close. There was an area rug, but the sides were all rolled and presented a tripping hazard. We reported issues and there were all repaired. However we were told we could roll the rug up if we chose to. Second day out of 3, housekeeping just pulled bef covers up on the beds, never MADE the beds! Location and ocean view was only poitive.

This hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and loved that it had a small private balcony. The staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean rooms, bed and pillow were very comfortable and the large refrigerator with the freezer was an excellence surprise.

Location was executed and very close to beach. Oceanfront room view of the beach was amazing and room was quiet. The floor in room 211 was dirty upon arrival. The light on the balcony came on at night and couldn't be turned off as far as I could tell, making it too bright in the room for good sleeping, even with the curtains closed. The shower felt like pins on the skin, so 211 needs a better showerhead. Staff was helpful for requesting towels and blankets. Just enough room to fit an extra cot in the room after moving furniture around. Nice to have a kitchenette, but missed not having a dishwasher.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our Anniversary special. We loved our ocean front location and the boardwalk was in walking distance. The bathroom is small and the parking spaces tight. The bathroom outlet needs to be changed and the hair dryer could be updated but those were minor issues. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

I will be return to this motel! The staff were also very professional! My son and I enjoyed our stay!

The tiles were ok but the grout looked almost black. The beds were clean and comfortable.

I loved how clean the facilities were. The resort is within a short walking distance to the beach.
