Bristol Plaza Resort Motel

The staff there is amazing!! They were super helpful with checking in. The room was spacious and clean and we were right next to the pool, so we could hear the band playing if we were in our room (good thing for us if the door was open we could hear the band) right next to the beach and just generally a nice relaxing place to be!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We usually try different hotels throughout Wildwood, but we’ve already decided we’ll be returning to the Bristol next year. Some reviews mention the building across the street, but honestly, with the beautiful ocean, lovely pool, and beach right there, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We loved our stay!

Superb and quiet location with easy access to the bike path, restaurants and beach. The newly renovated rooms and general cleanliness. Nice views of the sea.

I enjoyed the quickness of checking in and getting our room key. It was very clean when you first walked in the temperature was nice and there wasn’t that many people when we went down. They also had different activities for the children each day in the afternoon that my children part took in. Some of the floor in our room was covered in sand and the towel holder in the bathroom broke the first night we arrived. We were supposed to have an ocean front room, but we received a pool side view despite the amount of open rooms the time we were down there. They also had events listed for dates and times while we were down there and when we went to the events they were canceled and no one informed us until we got there.

This was our first time at the Bristol Plaza, and would definitely say with them again. The property was super clean. The rooms were recently renovated and didn’t have that musty Wildwood motel smell. The staff was always helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Right near the beach. The parking spaces are too narrow especially if you drive a truck or large SUV.

Location was very good. Close to a lot. The walk to the beach/water was a good distance but there is much you could do about that.

The elevator had a strong odor - probably because it has carpet and people use it while they are wet. The smell was strong

I didn’t like that there is only 1 parking pass given per room. It would be better to be given 2 parking passes per room if possible or given free parking at a nearby lot.

Our stay was great. Rooms were nice and updated. The rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was a good size. Only negative was that the building has 1 elevator and it was slow. Not an issue if you are on the younger side and can go down the stairs but can be an issue if you are traveling with older people. Other than that this hotel is a great choice and we will definately come back.

It was not very clean at all there was nasty stuff on the doors and walls, and there as so much dust on the ceiling fans and behind the TV it looked like no one had been in that room un a year the floor made our feet black, all the beds were un comfortable especially the sofa bed it felt like a board , the soda machine ate our money. Every time you needed something you had to go to the office and get it yourself and the manager was very snutty.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and updated. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We will certainly book again.
