Shalimar Resort

The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Location was perfect Actually nothing

We were on the third floor, the sun warmed up the front just perfect so the two chairs outside the room provided a warm spot to sit and enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and well kept. There’s a laundry room and outside rest rooms near by. It’s close to the beach, big pool area. Coffee, tea station to grab at any time. Infused fresh cold water to dispense before you leave or upon entering the lobby receptionist area. Staff was friendly and approachable. We had a wonderful stay. We will be coming back to this hotel, I highly recommended. The window blind had a missing part so it couldn’t be closed all the way that could be seen inside passing by. There were some guests at the pool after hours making a big splash and being very loud. But It was taken care of and we were able to sleep quietly the rest of the night.

Exceptional

it was quite and staff friendly.. Although we could get into our room earlier the room floors were not clean. Hair in corners.

Our stay was great, and the staff was so friendly!

Warm swimming pool, close to the beach

Convenient location Dingy room, old bed, sticky end table surface, fly in bathroom.

Bathtub exceptionally slippery. Non-slip strips and grab bars highly recommended.

Pool and the location was very nice. Room was small, ice machine was broken. I asked the girl at the counter. If there was another ice machine, she said, no. Then, she bought out a big bag of ice to another customer.I guess who was more important than myself!!

Good value for the money, I would stay there again

Staff..cleanness of the rooms. Great location. Giant pool. Free parking... staff came right to the room when we could not figure out how to use the remote. Block off the ocean. The was no iron or blow dryer. I needed to use the pool out bed. It was the most uncomfortable thing ever. I ended up sleeping directly on the undersized couch. The TV is quite small. Parking spaces are narrow.

Great location. Very near beach. Big heated pool. Free small mini golf course was perfect for the kids. Very friendly staff. We will go back. I didn't love the bath towels. I will bring my own next time.

Parking spaces were unreasonably tight.

Nice place all around!

Great stay close to the beach. Clean and comfortable

Fell ill 2 days before, with a reserve now-pay later booking, and was charged $90 after cancelling despite asking for a little understanding.

I have stayed here several times for many reasons. The minute you arrive and deal with the staff at the front desk they are very nice. Then you go to your room, always very neat and clean. The housekeeping staff is very nice. Then you go down to the pool and grilling area. Always very clean also. I have nothing negative at all to say. I will be back next year.
