Shalimar Resort

The jacuzzi tub was in our bathroom was a pleasant unexpected surprise! Area felt safe, staff ways very friendly. Ocean views and breeze felt wonderful.

This was our 8th time at the Shalimar. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and met all our needs. The pool was well maintained and parking was always available. They have a small arcade, five hole golf, cornhole and a ping pong table. Learned today they have a fitness room! There's something for everyone. We're going back in a few weeks! Highly recommend.

Toomany rowdy kids no supervision,not a good place for peace and quite

I did not know they had a grill area. We did not use it but would use next time. We only stayed overnight. I was pleased that the hotel was down the street from the beach. The shower was hot and a good strong flow. Lotion was not provided in the stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two bars of soap but no bottle of lotion was provided.

Staff was amazing .. I’d like to mention two of their amazing staff housekeepers.. Keroy and Sandra .. it was a mom and her son who came and cleaned up my room one of the days I was staying … I was getting ready for work when they were getting ready to clean up my room, they asked if I wanted them to come back, but I said I didn’t mind if they wanted to come now and I invited them in and told them they could tidy up the room if they wanted .. asked if they would mind gathering up the towels and if they wouldn’t mind sweeping up the floor… the young man was very friendly and very sociable, and I got the chat with him. He not only swept the floor once but twice because of all the beach sand me and my other friends had brought in to the room and he also like gave it a quick mop, and gave us extra towels for the room.

Beds were comfy and loved the pool. Room was clean no closet to hang stuff. The hanger assembly was right next to fridge

The pool was great I love that it was heated and it had a kiddie section. It was a twenty minute walk to the actual boardwalk

The staff was amazing!! We arrived early and they let us check in 3 hours early. We had an extra vehicle in our party and the staff said it would be fine to park on the property. Everything was perfect! Absolutely nothing

Great place for the money, loved the heated pool! And loved the gals at the desk!

This isn't our first time staying at Shalimar. It's actually our go-to spot in Wildwood Crest for years, even pre-COVID 19. I enjoy the heated pool and complimentary Keurig coffee. The mattress was hard which I like. The bed must be old because I could feel metal within the mattress align with my body as I moved.

Very clean, super comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly front desk staff. Cindy make check in very easy .. housekeeping was great as well. The only thing I didn't really care for was the towels.. they give you plenty of towels but they are very stiff and scratchy. maybe a little fabric softener would help..
