Shalimar Resort

This was our 2nd time staying. We booked again for next year as well when we checked out. The staff is my favorite, So friendly. Customer service is so important. You will enjoy yourself at the Shalimar. If you get a townhouse, make sure you bring cutting boards, storage containers, bag clips, cleaning spray, broom /dust pan, just little stuff you dont think of. We also brought our ebikes and parked them in our room and the staff didnt complain. That is our favorite thing to do, so we appreciated that!

So close to the beach and an elevator and luggage carts. They turn over the rooms and empty the trash every day. The door was a little hard to close we really had to slam it felt bad for our neighbors.

Our 2nd time staying here this season. Was a excellent stay. Pool was heated and very warm. Staff was very freindly. Top rated hotel in the crest and enjoyed our stay. It is end of season. Felt like it could use a deep cleaning compared too the last stay. Walls were dirty and scuffed up. I wiped some down and did a little cleaning. Not a big deal.

I wanted to reach out and share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Upon arriving at the property, it was immediately noticeable how well-maintained and taken care of it is. The pool was incredibly inviting, and the mini-golf was a huge hit with the kids. Having the bellhop cart and elevator available was a major plus for us; since we had a lot of baggage and my elderly parents were traveling with us, it made it very easy for them to get up and about. The rooms were exceptional, especially the bunk beds, and the views from both balconies were absolutely wonderful. The location was also great. We first discovered the Crest last year and fell in love with the spaciousness of the area, while still being close to the boardwalk and within walking distance to the beach. Thank you for a great stay it'll have a special place in my heart. We had to check out....We don't have any complaints about this property! Everyone was very nice and pleasant.

Great little resort 1 block from the beach. Pool was heated and clean as well. Rooms were clean and nice as well. Staff was friendly and overall this is a good value

The hotel room was a bit over priced for how small it was and for lack of amenities compared to other places we stayed at in Wildwood. There was no closet. There was only a small rack with 3 hangers in the corner of the bedroom. The bathroom is small and it needs hooks behind the door so you can hang your towels after showering. Also, not much space to place your toiletries because it has a pedestal sink and only 1 small shelf. The blinds in our room didn’t work properly and were missing some so anyone could peek in. It would be better if they got blackout curtains to prevent that from happening. Otherwise it was clean, pool was nice, staff was great, kids loved mini golf and ping pong table. Close to beach and 10 minute walk to boardwalk. Good for a last minute trip we booked but don’t think I would stay here again.

Thank you for cleaning and full size refrigirator The Family Suit is way to compact for the family of 4, place becomes overload and feels like we are there to survive for the paid days of discomfort. Bathroom shelf can barely hold one set of brushing, 2 full size beds in tiny room make it impossible for even 2 people to be in the room. Drawers are useless, as they open 1 foot out and hit the bed, kitchen table has 3 chairs, other people might as well eat on the couch from their lap. Kitchenette is a pass through, if one person is doing dishes, or cooking- it is a hassle to pass between such a tiny space, or use a bathroom. Kitchen didn't have one cutting knife, one cutting board.
