Clean n comfy The pool was cold even though it was to be heated

Nice area away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Nice pool updated room. A few rooms surrounding the elevator you will hear it. It is noisy but other than that great stay worth the money.

The room was clean, the shower pressure was good and the property is right on the bike path next to the beach.

​Heads up for future guests: There is a $20 cash deposit required for the room keys at check-in, which you get back when you return them at checkout. but it’s helpful to know before you arrive. There is a grill to use to cook and place to sit out to eat and enjoy your not

Charge for ice machine , we also booked for an ocean front instead got put in the annex which was 1 block over disappointing

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was big and clean. My room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. The location was good. There was no place to put clothing, only one drawer. Ice machine was broken. They should specify what type of coffee maker. I would have brought my pods misty of bagged ground coffee.

Clean room parking great easy access to the beach

Oksana was great but the clerk on the other side in the main building had an attitude and was not friendly at all. The pools are outdated and they say they are heated but they are not. Rooms were very clean. Parking spot are way too close together and you can barely get out of your car. Ice machine was out of order our entire stay.

It was close to the beach. The bathrooms are very small. Charging for ice from an ice machine. The towels were small & very rough. The door was extremely hard to unlock.

I booked this place because the price was reasonable and it was right behind where I stayed last year. After booking, the property contacted me to check in at a newly renovated building behind the main one. The address differed from what was listed on Expedia, but I assumed it was an annex next to the main beachfront property. Upon arrival, I found out it was actually a completely different, repurposed building across the street,( viking Motel ) nowhere near the beach. When I asked to move to the front building since I wanted a beachfront stay, they claimed I had booked a "Courtside" room. However, there was no mention of "Courtside" anywhere on the booking site. To make matters worse, they demanded an extra fee to move to the front building. It was only a one-night stay so I let it go, but I will never return. If you are expecting a true beachfront experience, double-check the exact building location before booking.

Nothing We could have been given some guidance as to what to do when we got there ( exhausted from travel)… We were refused our 2 night stay because booking.com did not apply the pet friendly filter we had expected. We were told to take it up with booking.com and were charged for both nights! The manager was rude and we were not even offered a reachable number to call Booking.com to see if we could work something out. Since we only got “ bots” etc. when we tried hard to get through to booking.com , we had to stay in a substandard place out of desperation and pay for that too! Very bad experience.

I like that it was clean love the bathroom. I didn't like how we was n the back couldn't see nothing n the cleaning people didn't clean our room.
