Tangiers Motel

Very familiar with it, used to stay here many times in the past The WiFi was not good at all, maybe because it was rainy? But I asked if they could check to see why it wasn’t working the 2nd day ( it worked ok the 1st day) and I don’t think anyone looked into it. It was nice to stay there again though, the location is very good, close to the beach, boardwalk and many nice restaurants.

Location and price were good Staff was gracious and accommodating Pillows and bed were poor quality. Bed lumpy and pillows thin. No shampoo and no hair dryer

This is a very dated property. The coffee shop was not open. The bathroom door was very narrow could not get my walker in or out properly. Thank goodness it was clean.

Dated, the beds were rock hard good location

Breakfast was good not great Noisy in other room

Noisy in other room

Nice place to enjoy the wild woods experience

Good

The staff working there were very nice and helpful , the maintenance gentleman was very helpful when we locked our self out of the room late at night and he was a nice person to have a conversation with . Rooms are dated but clean .

Bad

Clean room

Access to beach and board walk Hair on sheets and towels. Dirty floors and shower.

Locattion Not a great hotel, but comfortable with excellent location. Closeness and access to beach couldn't be better.

Good price for a night The other guests brought a speaker to the pool and blasted their music while drinking and partying around the pool

We're the only people there for 3 nights then 1 other person. We hung out our request for room made up but they only delivered towels and took trash.

Superb

Close to beach Presentation was okay. Could use work and some updating.

The bed was comfortable The entire room was extremely old. The faucets in the bathroom were corroded from age. You could not close them properly they would spin around! The flusher on the toilet had to be held down in order for the toilet to flush completely. The shower was so old the entire bathroom looked cruddy. If I would’ve taken a shower in there, I would’ve had to take another shower someplace else just to get the dirty feeling off of me! The little range that was there was dirty. The sofa that was there was disgusting! It was old, dirty, and just completely disgusting! Thank God we only stayed one night! We really didn’t even wanna do that! However; we didn’t wanna lose the money either. We ate in the café the next morning that was attached to the property. We had breakfast. I didn’t even eat it! I took two bites, and that was it! I have never in my life tasted pancakes, so bad! They tasted like salt! They were horrible! I would never recommend anyone going there to the hotel, or the café!

Overall, it was great for what we paid. We plan on staying here again.

Everyone everyone is incredibly pool was great bedrooms were spotless the only problem was that the bathrooms are very old other than that I would go back there in a heartbeat
