The Crusader Oceanfront Family Resort

Pleasant

Kindness

Superb

There really isn't a view of the ocean. If you want coffee in the morning better bring your own - there's a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. There's a gap of 1" between the door and the door jam of the room we had - felt like the window was open with the air rushing into the room. Probably will not stay here again.

The Crusader is always our 1st choice when staying in Wildwood. We started staying there sometime around 2010 when our kids were little. The rooms have always been clean, including the bathroom, the towels, and the sheets and pillows on the beds. The staff has always been professional and friendly and will quickly resolve any problem you may have. This year my wife and I are now empty nesters with both kids in college. In July, we booked 2 nights at the Crusader for the Car Show weekend 9/25 thru 9/27. Unfortunately, that was the weekend of the terrible Nor'easter. We made the decision to leave at 5am Saturday morning to avoid getting caught in any flooding. Hopefully we will have better luck next year! The weather... :-(

Very nice hotel Elevator was a little slow...not horrible but can you an upgrade

Both the room as well as common areas, even stairwells were spotlessly clean. Nice coffee shop on site, large pool and lots of covered parking

Cleanest room

Comfortable, clean room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location!

We were on first floor. Hotel was not full and asked if we could go to higher floor. Request was denied and he kept cleaning pool directly outside our window

Very good

Very enjoyable

The price was right. Room was small, no coffee for the coffee pot. Large refrigerator and freezer. Good location. Pleasant staff.

Hotel and rooms are very dated. The rooms smelled clean and wouldn't say they looked dirty, but when you sat on the furniture it felt gritty. The beds and couches felt damp, not sure if this was due to humidity. No hand soap for the sinks. Staff was very kind and friendly. The entire vibe is just very dated and could use a sprucing up.

Good location. Value. Quiet. Staff not very friendly. Not the best customer service. Will not be back.
