We had a problem with the processing of our payment and the staff made it very easy for us by allowing payment on site. In addition the staff was extraordinary in helping us with issues that we had and guidance. To room and service were flawless, wish I could stay some more time. Nothing at all All was wonderful

The smoke alarm in the room began intermittently sounding the "change battery" alert at 04:00 in the morning. A restful nights sleep disrupted. The sound increased the pace of the alert. The motel office was closed and does not open until 09:30. A note was left advising of the situation, the management never reached out to even acknowledge the situation. Disappointing.

Was by far the MOST EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN motel/hotel we've ever staged in. Staff was great, location was good. Internet was off &on due to nearby fires effecting the towers. Everything was great, except for Direct TV they had poor channel selections and and played mostly old shows and reruns. However, the motel had no control over that.

It was just ok. We were gone most of the day so we didn’t have any issues. The bed was HORRIBLE! The first night I put the blanket on the floor to sleep. The carpet was more comfortable than the bed. The bed had an angle to where your feet were elevated up while your upper half of the body was slanted low. The rest of the nights we had to sleep with our head at the foot of the bed and even with that it was so uncomfortable. Worse 4 nights of sleep. Didn’t complain because there were workers working on other rooms while we were there so we don’t feel switching rooms would make a difference but make us a Target. We stayed 4 nights and at 8am we had a knock at the door for house cleaning. We didn’t ask for it and didn’t see a sign to put up nor did we think to ask for one since it wasn’t just an overnight stay.

location and price The rooms smelled like sewage. There was a huge horse fly in the room and what appeared to be a screw worm dead next to the toilet.
