Large clean room with fun travel vibe.

We were pleased with our room at Trailborn Grand Canyon. A nice amenity was an instant hot water pot for coffee. No messing around with coffee maker. A suggestion to them would be to spray the shower tile grout with a mildew remover as it was evident in many areas. Also, the night lighting on the property could be a little brighter. The property was very quiet, especially at night. The location of hotel is very convenient to walking to shops & eateries. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant so I cannot comment on that. Check-in is 4pm. We had friends check in the following day at 4pm & there were no rooms available. They had to wait an hour which was tough since they just drove 6 hours to get there. The reason, the whole housekeeping crew had walked out. Not sure what happened there. Because of this situation, we experienced our room not being cleaned the following day. That was disappointing. My husband & I were business owners & had our share of employee disappointments. We don’t want to judge or assume anything as we don’t know the whole story. In lieu of this situation, we would still recommend Trailborn Grand Canyon.

The vibes, as the kids say, we immaculate. Nice and quiet in the evening. Trendy common spaces with bikes to rent and games to play out front. The pool looked amazing although we didn't have time to use it. An awesome new spot for Williams and all adventures around there!

Really cool decor. The rooms were very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Lots of nice touches in the room too, like a cooler bag for hikes and takeaway coffee cups. The staff were really friendly. Miss Kitty’s was great for food as well.

Clean modern rooms, attention to detail was amazing such as having a welcome screen on the tv, breakfast at Miss Kitty’s, welcoming fireplace in the courtyard, free bikes for use. Nothing - we loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone!

Newly renovated, clean rooms Nothing

Beautiful modern, stylish hotel. Good layout. Good amenities. On the whole friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Good location for walking around Williams and driving to the Grand Canyon. Staff seemed inexperienced. Difficulties getting the keycard to work, and not noticed breakfast was included in our booking which required us to claim the charge back. The lady serving breakfast was overly stressed due to a lack of staff. There wasn’t many tables and hollering and mining loudly across the dining room made all the guests uncomfortable and came across very badly.

Nice hotel, in the best part of the city of you want to go to the grand canyon. There rooms are nice, exactly as described and the whole hotel has a nice atmosphere

Liked the closeness to the Grand Canyon. Power went out in our room but couldn't b e fixed until maintenance got in at 8 am. Beds were terrible. We had 2 queens. BOTH rolled down hill.

We loved the vibe of this hotel, they had lots of little touches that made it feel extra special. Would 100% recommend staying here!

It wasn't as good as I thought, but i was happy i choose this hotel.
