Travelodge by Wyndham Williams Grand Canyon

From the start the guy on the front is very rude. The rooms smell very bad, hairs on the sheets, very bad maintenance. The pictures on the website must be from another hotel because the rooms don't look nothing like that. I wouldn't stay there again even if that was the only hotel in Williams. Pay little bit more and you will be able to sleep.

The hotel is central and had rooms. I booked online. There was a choice of rooms. The man who checked me in was efficient.

Room smelled of old food. Bed was comfortable. Noisy. Could hear everything from adjoining room. Housekeeping sat right outside my room in the morning visiting loudly. Convenient parking outside room. Chaise in room had animal hair on it.

Too small a refrigerator that didn’t function. No microwave. Good service from personnel. Small beds but comfy. Overall ok.

The bigger issue was the service at the front desk. We had trouble finding the jacuzzi, it’s not by the pool, so we rang the bell to ask for directions. The person who came to help seemed annoyed that we had interrupted whatever she had been doing and spoke to us rudely. She even rang the bell back at us, which felt like a deliberate jab. It was an uncomfortable interaction over a simple question. Unfortunately for them they didn’t have any time to recover from that experience because of our short stay.

Beds are uncomfortable and the ac kept turning off. It was clean and affordable

Room was not prepared, only one towel, no Kleenex. Breakfast limited with little to no choices. The property needs serious maintenance. With other choices nearby, a little more money may be worth it!

This place could use a good clean! Absolutely filthy carpeting, the room smelled/stunk, every time you open the door it was a fresh new wave of stink! No amount of open windows or AC could ever get rid of that smell, not sure if it’s carpeting, curtains or ??? Who knows? The room needs repairs, fresh paint, and a good clean! Hard to believe this is a Wyndham property, in the current condition, which is filthy, Wyndham should be embarrassed & ashamed! Hard pass on their coffee in the morning, tasted like water, and the bread for toast is the same bread that’s been there for the three days we stayed! I wouldn’t eat there if that’s for sure! I think a health Inspector needs to pay this place a visit! Horrible, Old, lumpy and dirty mattresses, that don’t even fit the frame? Dirty shower, things coming off the wall like toilet roll holder, shower controls, towel holder! Towels were thin & when wet, looked even dirtier! Avoid this place if you can, and give it a true rating so they can actually get it cleaned up! What a Shame for so many folks coming through on the way to or from Grand Canyon!

Clean room, most comfortable bed, really needed ir after 4 hrs drive.

Older property that could use some renovation, but overall ok.

Plan on breakfast out unless toast is your usual. The price was reasonable but there was only one thin bath towel in our room, they were quick to give another thin towel. There needs to be some updates to the property. But if you are looking for a cheap bed right on rte 66 this will work.

La habitación estaba sucia, las toallas manchadas, shampoo, jabón y esas cosas casi no había, la alfombra estaba sin aspirar, la persona que me atendió lo hizo en pijama. He estado en otros hoteles de la cadena y nada parecido con este, decepción total. No volveríamos a la propiedad de Travelodge, Williams.

The bed was squeaky and every move made was felt, the room had an odor of old stale air the bolt latch was missing from the door so we could omly lock the door with the deadbolt on the handle. The pancake machine was out of order and breakfast selection was bare. Location was good thats it

Located at a safe place, easy accessible to food, gas etc.

the hotel does not look like in the pictures. the rooms are old and dirty. the bathroom is old and not clean.

Breakfast wasn’t scheduled until 7, we had to leave before that for a Grand Canyon visit. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Very dirty and need of repair. Breakfast was horrible. Over priced for what we experienced.
