Thrvdtaff were brry friendly and gracious. The room was clean and neat bit smelled very moldy.
-
Good place to stay in Williamsburg- has the basics. Good air conditioning, comfy beds, quiet. Close to parks. Breakfast was decent but nothing special- typical waffle machine, bagels, cereal, yogurt. Overall a good hotel for the money!

Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here.

Staff was amazing. Looking forward to going back again.

The room was clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast I felt like could have more options.
-
The carpeting was very old and stained.

Our ro I m was never tended to after we asked the young black man to clean and change our sheets we came back from bush gardens to climb into bed ti see the house keeper took the linen we sat outside our door . Yet failed to change the sheets or leave us any sheets. We had to call the manager oh yes after they deactivated our card on Sunday with nothing but " oh it could have been anything. Reason why our keys didn't work he brought us sheets and had the nerve to make an excuse for him saying he has 80 rooms to clean we looked at each other and we new that's a lie we both used to work at a hotel no one has 80 rooms unless he's the only housekeeper on duty. So I would not recommend this hotel . Had breakfast Sunday morning every table was dirty because of a birthday party held in the dinning area which should have been cleared and cleaned after the party i had to ask the front desk person to come wipe off our table so we could he just to much ti mention. I pray they take that carpet up that's been there since the hotel it's dirty very dirty and makes the halls stink. Tallest shampoo the carpet but it seems they only care about the money. I pray you find this letter helpful and like Michael Jackson and make that CHANGE 🙏

had a wonderful stay, clean and near everything.

Amazing location! Friendly staff. We had a suite so we had 3 beds and 2 bathrooms (only one shower) and that set up was why I picked this hotel. It was decent. Parts of the hotel were very dirty. Hallways, elevator, 2nd floor ice machine area (really bad smell). Pool was nice. Breakfast was what you’d expect. We asked for coffee refill for our room one night and the staff didn’t know where it was so we waited and asked a person the next day and they provided some. Towels were cheap and scratchy. Some hairs were left on bathroom floor and in the tub that I had to clean. Tub was slow to drain and water built up as you showered. But overall the room itself was updated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. I’ve stayed in some fancy places and some really bad places. This was not amazing but better than average. For the room set up that we had I would stay here again :)

Clean rooms

Mold in the bathroom, musty smell in the room, broken sink faucet and door in our room. Pass in this unless you are desperate
-
Upon initial check-in, they placed us in a 1st floor room by the dining area that had an overwhelming musty-smell. The carpet was wet and there was a considerable amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and we were placed on the 4th floor. That room was acceptable, clean, smelled clean and the beds were very clean.

It was alright. Flush didn’t work. And breakfast was average.

This place is completely neglected. The lobby is so small that if 5 people are standing there at once, it’s too tight to even move around. Worse than the space is the lack of cleanliness. The entire interior and exterior are filthy. The bathroom has mold and grime building up along the floors, rusty door hinges, terrible caulking, and bubbling paint from water damage on the walls. Extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Excellent service and a great, organized breakfast! Perfect location for our family weekend trip to Water Country USA. The only downside was the noise late at night from guests slamming hallway doors. If you don't mind a bit of noise, this hotel is absolutely perfect.
