Friendly staff when checking in, indoor pool, location, price. Mold on shower, no breakfast as advertised.

There was a roach in one of my rooms and the water was draining extremely slow. we got moved to another room that had two beds instead of one. When talking to the manager he had me over explain my concerns and acted as if a roach was normal. the front desk lady was amazing though!

Not a thing Room wasn't clean and to get to room you had to walk what seemed like miles, elevator location was not ideal and we had to change rooms first night due to plumbing issues, second room I had to clean it before laying down and shower had to be cleaned of hair and other stuff

The staff, first and foremost the cleanliness, the convenience of having the snack machine and the ice machine right there in good working order, having the option of a pool, comfortable, Wi-Fi, downstairs eating area and the restaurant, very easy for parking, individual access to the heating and air conditioner, also the price is very right, not too far from stores, I even like the train going by from time to time and the view of the trees and the surroundings with the animals added a nice touch to nature. That I couldn't stay longer.

Location was great, staff was excellent. I booked this place based on the breakfast included option. Waffles, bagels, off-brand yogurt was what was offered, which was NOT what the pictures displayed. If you need a REAL breakfast, this is NOT the place. I also did not like the pubic hair in the shower.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is amazing. We had 1 issue with the room and as we was going out for dinner we let them know. We was gone about 2 hours and the issue was completely fixed!! The property is beautiful. Our room was so comfortable and CLEAN!! We never had to ask for extra anything, it was well stocked. We had a room right up the steps and across from a conference room that had a party going on Saturday night we never heard 1 person or child it was very quiet and secure. Feeling completely safe the entire stay was great. We stayed 2 nights. The rooms aren’t big but they are perfect. The AC unit was new and worked very well. The beds was comfortable, plenty of comfortable pillows and the room smelled and looked so very clean. The fridge was on the bigger side, microwave, coffee pot and iron in the room. The breakfast was simple with waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt with variety of juices. Will definitely stay here again!! The pool is large and clean however it was not heated. That’s the whole reason I booked this hotel but it was cold. However like I said above safety and extremely helpful pleasant staff made up for the pool.

Disappointing

I like the location from Busch Gardens. Room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Nice to have a pool. Staff was wonderful. I know this is odd to say but the bed seems comfortable but I have not slept in a bed in over 10 years and I need a lazy boy recliner. Nice to have a pool but it needs to be warm water. Nice having a complimentary breakfast but it definitely needs eggs and bacon and sausage gravy.

The room was very nice. The location was perfect for our activities. The only thing that I saw was the broken glass near the rear entrance that wasn't cleared up the whole stay.

I saw nobody having breakfast (they took coffee and orange juice). SOLUTION (in my view) They should add eggs, potatos, bacon. and something sweet (only waffles) They have yoghurt, bagels, cereal and apples, not bad but I think people were expecting the other items I mentioned

The location I did not like the fact that the pool was absolutely freezing and you could tell it had not been clean in years. The carpet was coming up throughout the hotel. The only elevator was on the other side of the hotel in the back. There were half dollar size roaches in our room. The shower was never cleaned and there was a used washcloth and nicotine patch stuck to the wall of the shower. They do it disclose in advance of an incidental fee that you have to pay when checking in.

They seem to have recently changed ownership and branding. They were still using some items from previous brand. Breakfast was not a full offering as advertised. Did not offer eggs/meat. I believe they only had waffles, not a major issue for me, but I’m sure could be an issue for other travelers. It’s an older building that has some maintenance issues. My door was difficult to close. But all in all, it was clean, fair rate, good location. I would stay again.

Location The bathroom door doesn’t close. The carpet is aged probably from 1970s and the beds were very uncomfortable. When we arrived and they asked for our credit card for the $50 incidentals, they said our card was rejected. So I gave them cash and called my credit card company and they said they did not reject it on their end. Now it’s checkout time and they want to inspect the room before they refund the $50 cash. I have never heard of such a thing and in such a dumpy hotel. They should’ve inspected the room before we arrived. Will never ever stay at this place again.

The location was perfect. The price was the 2-3 times cheaper than similarly located areas. The free breakfast is limited but it was better than the nothing I get at most other hotels. The hotel is older and it shows.
