The location of the building was fabulous to walk to Williamsburg and drive to Busch Gardens. The Amenities are not worth it! The pool and game room were messy and hard to use. The pool was always super crowded and water was splashed out everywhere and the game room had a broken pool table, broken basketball hoop game and other messy broken items- definitely disappointing that things are not taken care of. If you can find another place that has better amenities and for same or better price-do it!

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The staff were accommodating, pleasant and welcoming. The grounds were well kept. And the room was more than had envisioned. 10 out of 10 - would stay again.

The first night we got there was terrible it was so hot and humid in the room despite being set to 68. The next morning upon telling the front desk they had maintenance meet me in the room within the time it took me to walk to the elevator they were in it. They addressed the issue and had a fan delivered to the room it made the second night more comfortable but it felt like the room just always had a level of humidity in it no matter what. My towels stayed wet despite having them out all the time the only time they were dry was if I took them to the free washer and dryer the stay would have been better if the humidity in the building could be addressed. Just a disclaimer I am from NC so we are used to humidity but this was a whole different level of discomfort.

Location couldn’t have been better. 1 mile to both downtown Williamsburg and to the nearest grocery store. Would recommend to families, our 10 + 7YO were very impressed

Clean, price was great, hotel was quiet Only complaint was the toilets in the room You are practically sitting on the floor, but no big deal. Wish there was breakfast!

Great space for our family of four. We were right next to Colonial Williamsburg and shopping locations weren't far away either, yet it was quiet and relaxing.

It was clean and close to many things.

What breakfast? Staff, particularly Lamont was beyond excellent. The pool is huge. Enjoyed the movie and popcorn, location is near Williamsburg, grocery stores, and restaurants. Our building shows a bit of wear and tear.

Exceptional

The room(s) were fine, large, well-maintained and clean. Since we were there to visit Colonial Williamsburg, we were able to walk to the sites easily (about a 15 minute walk). A few things could have been better. First, we were charged a "resort fee" which was never identified when we booked through a travel site (having a pool doesn't make it a "resort"!). Second, the shower water pressure was too low. Beyond that, all was fine.
