Nice clean hotel definitely kept up the amenities. Me and my family took a swim in the pool. I wanted to see if I can get discounts on the water country tickets but it seems as though we checked in late so we never got to get those discounts, but overall the day was pretty decent.

Friendly Nothing

I loved the staff and resort. The staff was so friendly, sweet and helpful. We stayed here last minute after realizing the previous resort we booked for vacation had cancelled our reservation the day before. Finding this location after being so disappointed after driving almost 3 hours to realize our previous reservation had been cancelled this resort and the atmosphere was like the "calm after the storm". The energy at this resort alone showed me this was where our family belonged. My family and I will be visiting again. The Internet wouldn't connect to my phone or my mom's phone but the lady at the front desk did everything she could to help us connect it. When she couldn't she connected us to the Internet provider. And after a few minutes the problem was solved.

The room was amazing. The decor fit the vibe of colonial Williamsburg and the room was clean, well maintained, and had anything you may need in a small kitchenette. Cannot wait to stay there again. My only complaint would have to be how loud the air conditioner was in my room, it work extremely well, but it was a little on the loud side. Other wise 10/10, 5 stars, great room! Highly recommend.

We've been staying at the Patrick Henry for the last couple of years on our frequent visits to Williamsburg. Probably 7-8 times in the last 2 years. We generally get one of the 2-bedroom premiums suites in 2000 building. They are huge...970 square feet, like your own apartment. 5-minute walk to the historic area (Capitol end). Units are very clean and well maintained. Wife loves the gas fireplace in the Winter. Never had a problem with anything other than if you book a room through a third party such as Hotels.com...you don't always get the size room you booked, but the front desk has always corrected the error, no problem. The front desk staff are great, particularly Kayla. Kayla is a big part of why we choose to stay at Patrick Henry. We know she will do whatever it takes to help us enjoy our stay. We just got back home on Sept. 14th after a 3 day stay and will be going down again in December for a few days. Nothing bad to say.

Location and very friendly front desk staff Our room didn’t look like the pictures online. As a family of 4 we had been hoping to use the sofa bed but the sofa looked like it was from the 70s and its bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Room was clean. Kitchen and laundry room were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Pull out couch was very comfortable

1. Full kitchen two bedrooms two baths! 2. They have all kinds of stuff you can loan and use. Spices, games, cooking utensils for gas grill, ect. 3. Parking easy 4. Entrances easy 5. People are so nice! 6 great pool and outdoor seating A must book

The facility was clean, check in was quick, and the staff amazing well groomed friendly and knowledgeable about the grounds. My room was clean and quiet, (they have a noise ordnance) no kids running around at night.
