GM was super nice and friendly. Gave recommendations on local restaurants and was very attentive to needs of guests. Made conversation and was very welcoming when we arrived and the check in was smooth without any issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

Scary and discussing not kid friendly at all. We had to make an emergency stop and could not stay because of how gross it was. The smell of devils lettuce, cigarettes, mildew, and mold was intolerable even for a pit stop. Questionable stains on the bedding and bathroom was gross. AC unit looked like it had black dust you don’t want to be inhaling. Everything was dirty and sticky! I don’t think my review will do justice for how disgusting the room was. The stench was stuck in our clothes and nose until we could get to our next stop to change and shower. Looks quiet from the front but when you get sent to the back of the property there’s a lot of activity. The pool was not something you want to swim in.

Every time we came back to our room it would tons of police drunk aspen tree service.ppl out front acting a fool taking up multiple park in spots for 1 truck. Room was dirty beds was slept in and never changed very nasty hair in bathroom.
-
The room I was given was still occupied. And then I was offered a smoke room? Then they ran out of rooms and sent me to days inn miles away. Not even an upgrade for my trouble. People staying there are very sketchy. I don’t recommend it. Don’t think Williamsburg around premium price gives premium service and room.

Never got to check in as you out app said they allowed pets but when I got there they said this changed January and only allowed service dogs.

Nothing Nothing

Everything we would have needed was around us. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that there was a weird smell in our room, it wasn’t mold or anything but it just didn’t smell good.
-
The staff was attentive and check in and dismissive in the pm and at check out. Did not use the laundry and parking was good

Nothing That i arrived and my reservation were cancelled yet i was charged 224.93 for a room i never got to be in. My family had to book another hotel at 800pm at night for our vacation which was cut short and i was not refunded the 224.93. i never cancelled my room but was charged anyway. No refund which is unexceptionable.

Spacious and in a good area for where I Needed to go. Will definitely come back again. The smell was kind of bad but I got some air sanitizer to help the smell.

This motel appeared to be a property for displaced individuals. They did not offer cleaning services unless you stayed for 3 days or more. You had to bring your towels to change them so they otherwise would not go into your room to do things like vacuum or empty the trash. There was no coffee or any morning amenities so you were on your own.
-
That my reservation was paid for and when i arrived the room was cancelled so i had no room and my money was taken and i had yo be on the phone most of the night trying to find a place to stay for myself and my daughter and granddaughter who live in a different state so my visit was cut short with my family and i was charged for room i never got yo stay in

Great location It was roaches there. The smell was bad the toilet needed cleaning it need to be renovated.
-
The staff was adequate, but the property was not very clean. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the room was clean and no signs of bed bugs. Neighborhood is very sketchy.
-
The staff were friendly, both the check-in person and maintenance person (TV was stuck on black/white dots and came to fix it). However, the room was not very clean and needs maintenance. Bathtub had peeling caulking/silicon and just a general sense of unclean. Not worth the price paid.
-
When I was approaching the room, I noticed that the door was wide open. I called the front desk and the clerk stated that the housekeeper must've left it open to air out and there are no more rooms available. The room didn't smell like smoke so that didn't make any sense. And to say no more rooms were available is untrue. There were more curtains open (empty rooms) than closed.
