This motel appeared to be a property for displaced individuals. They did not offer cleaning services unless you stayed for 3 days or more. You had to bring your towels to change them so they otherwise would not go into your room to do things like vacuum or empty the trash. There was no coffee or any morning amenities so you were on your own.

The staff was adequate, but the property was not very clean. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the room was clean and no signs of bed bugs. Neighborhood is very sketchy.

The staff were friendly, both the check-in person and maintenance person (TV was stuck on black/white dots and came to fix it). However, the room was not very clean and needs maintenance. Bathtub had peeling caulking/silicon and just a general sense of unclean. Not worth the price paid.

When I was approaching the room, I noticed that the door was wide open. I called the front desk and the clerk stated that the housekeeper must've left it open to air out and there are no more rooms available. The room didn't smell like smoke so that didn't make any sense. And to say no more rooms were available is untrue. There were more curtains open (empty rooms) than closed.

Room was not clean upon arrival. Sheets were dirty with holes in them. When we asked for clean sheets we were told housekeeping was unavailable. There was dust caked on vent in bathroom and hair visible under sinks and on bathroom floor. Pthe tub/shower floor was rusty. Housekeeping unhelpful as they did not understand English/poor communication skills. Bugs/fleas in the room. Lot’s of bites 😢. Swimming pool was open at least. Most rooms occupied by long term/permanent residents who were definitely under the influence of substances and argumentative with teenagers trying to enjoy pool. ice machine broken. Little to no cell service at location.

Whatever you do, don't go here!!! So ghetto, bugs in rooms, dirty as hell. Yuck, didn't even stay 20 min and paid two hundred dollars for two nights. I left. Nope never again.

Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell was still present in that room, and I ended up spending the night in an uncomfortable environment, which completely ruined my rest. I expected a clean, well-maintained room with properly functioning amenities, but my experience was far below expectations. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Came and left without even staying the night me my mom sister and our kids found much better accommodations else where. there were boogers on curtains and walls and roaches and just not feeling Clean or safe with my daughter and neices went to Wyndham instead twice as much but 10 times better

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a family of 5. The room fit us all comfortably and was clean and well-maintained. It wasn't a luxury experience, but it was exactly what we needed and the price was right.

Pool was sickly warm, no coffee in room, one of the couches that pull out was broken.

..roch clip.on window sill Parents and kids on porch being loud at 1230 am

It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing.

The location is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and other attractions, and the staff members were responsive and helpful, but overall the facilities are worn and rather dingy. The parking was generous and it was very easy to get a parking space convenient to our room. The free coffee offered in the lobby was so watered down as to be undrinkable, and one of the juice selections in the dispenser contained only water (I didn't bother trying the others). There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but the small refrigerator and microwave were clean, conveneint, and in good working order. It was also very helpful to have a laundry facility on site.

It was disgusting. Pubic hair all bathroom floor and even on the towels. There was lipstick on the comforter (the manager said it would come right off if we rubbed). Sheets were burned with cigarette holes in at least six spots. There were additional stains on the sheets. The was no continental breakfast (just a can of pinto beans, diced tomatoes and box of old fashioned oats. Nothing was available or stocked for breakfast - cold or warm). The pool was green and filled with algae. The door handle was broken. And the ice maker in our building was broken. Beyond atrocious. False advertising on amenities. Will be seeking refund.

The first room they had is in was gross . I had them move me to another room, which was clean. Overall not bad for the price. it worked well for our family .

So I had a horrible time there, don't get me wrong it was priced very well for the most part but it was very dirty. We stayed 3 nights and the first night I felt like I had bugs crawling on me when I went to sleep. When my daughter and I woke up we had bug bites all over our bodies. So the next morning I asked the front desk to atleast change the bed sheets and covers because we got ate up that night and we get back and nothing. So I had get bug spray myself then the next day I had to beg just to get the sheets to be changed. I do not recommend and the whole place smells like pot.
