It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing.

The location is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and other attractions, and the staff members were responsive and helpful, but overall the facilities are worn and rather dingy. The parking was generous and it was very easy to get a parking space convenient to our room. The free coffee offered in the lobby was so watered down as to be undrinkable, and one of the juice selections in the dispenser contained only water (I didn't bother trying the others). There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but the small refrigerator and microwave were clean, conveneint, and in good working order. It was also very helpful to have a laundry facility on site.

It was disgusting. Pubic hair all bathroom floor and even on the towels. There was lipstick on the comforter (the manager said it would come right off if we rubbed). Sheets were burned with cigarette holes in at least six spots. There were additional stains on the sheets. The was no continental breakfast (just a can of pinto beans, diced tomatoes and box of old fashioned oats. Nothing was available or stocked for breakfast - cold or warm). The pool was green and filled with algae. The door handle was broken. And the ice maker in our building was broken. Beyond atrocious. False advertising on amenities. Will be seeking refund.

The first room they had is in was gross . I had them move me to another room, which was clean. Overall not bad for the price. it worked well for our family .

So I had a horrible time there, don't get me wrong it was priced very well for the most part but it was very dirty. We stayed 3 nights and the first night I felt like I had bugs crawling on me when I went to sleep. When my daughter and I woke up we had bug bites all over our bodies. So the next morning I asked the front desk to atleast change the bed sheets and covers because we got ate up that night and we get back and nothing. So I had get bug spray myself then the next day I had to beg just to get the sheets to be changed. I do not recommend and the whole place smells like pot.

The location was perfect for colonial Williamsburg and the manager was extremely nice. It was old, wreaked of smoke and had unsavory characters lurking. We ended up getting a refund since the manager was very nice and compassionate.

Our visit was a disaster and we left immediately. I would like a refund due to misleading site.

Our car survived the night, which was a surprise. Our non smoking room funnelling in the fresh smell of cigarettes to the point our clothes and bags were tainted. Migraine inducing odours. A 'dont touch the bathroom' bathroom.

nothing fancy, but clean and convenient to Williamsburg sites seems like it was a more lowbrow clientele hotel guests

The room smelled like smoke the property is run down , I will never stay here just terrible

This is a no frills, basic hotel room. Expedia has it listed as pet friendly, but it is not. Went up to the first room assigned to me and it was still occupied. Was given a second room and that one was not clean. Third room was acceptable. Inexpensive rates made this stay adequate. As a solo traveler who was only in the room to sleep, it met my basic need of a room.

Absolutely NOTHING to like about this run down nasty hotel. Water poured from bathroom ceiling fan. Had 5 gallon bucket to catch water that was filled in less then 12 hrs while also flooding the floor. Slipped with my infant child. Staff & customer service didn’t care and were NOT helpful. Front desk said manager couldn’t be contacted and they had no idea of when he would return to location. Beds had stains, mold in bathroom & on shower curtain. Knowing every other room in the area was sold out they chose to be unhelpful because they knew we had no other options

The staff were very polite and cooperative There were water leakages floating from bathrooms to bedrooms.
-
Staff had a poor attitude. Kids running down the walkway yelling and banging on doors till 1am both nights. Staff unwilling to make accommodations for handicap or explain why they could not besides they are full when it was requested at reservation.
-
Nothing It was dirty, The linens were dirty, it stunk like marijuana, there was absolutely. It one good thing about this place, Will never be back.
-
This hotel is a simple budget friendly place to stay in the heart of Williamsburg. The front desk is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean if maybe a little run down.
-
Soap left in tub from previous tenant, top edge of shower stall was filthy, tenants smoking dope everywhere on property. People loitering in parking lot smoking dope. Room reaked of smoke, dope and cigarettes. Banging on floor from unit above us until 2 in the morning. Will never ever stay at this motel again.

Stayed here because there wasn't anywhere else to stay in town. The room, however, smelled strongly of cigarettes and had several burns in the comforter. The very kind gentleman at the front desk would have switched us to a different room, but they were completely full. Haven't stayed in a Super 8 in decades, so I think I will skip it next time.

Thank you
