Dirty floors and carpet. Do not walk in room in barefeet or even socks. They will get very dirty. We always wore shoes. Sheets, pillowcases, all dirty. Another person told me about a roach they found in their bathtub. There is a leak in the ceiling over the toilet. Dirty, rundown, seen better days. Do not stay here.

Only for the desperate.

Have never stayed in such a rundown hotel. I don’t know how it passed health inspections. Sorry but true.

The front desk was great. Upon the arrival of the hotel room. As soon as we entered I knew from the smell it was no where I was interested in staying. The cabinet doors were falling off. Mold under the sink. Toilet was running. Towels were dirty. Floor dirty not vacuumed also no coffee maker. Door dead bolt was broken. List goes on and on. I lasted for 30 min before packing my bags and driving back home. Do much for a 4th of July weekend. Don’t let the pictures full you on the internet.

This was a very gross hotel. The smell in the halls was bad, and my room smelled so bad. I had to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. I could’ve handled it, but it also was not well Maintain. There was paint on the carpet when you first come in, paint was peeling off the door. The remote control was held together with tape, and you had to physically hold the whole thing together to even use it. Just a disgusting place.

It's possible that other rooms are in better shape and perhaps the other floors are better. But we will absolutely never stay here again.

The place is disgusting ! They have roaches , and they don’t even have face towels . The toilets are dirty and have orange crust on them . The rooms are non smoking rooms but smell like smoke and toileting problems . Staff are soooo rude and unhelpful. For some reason I got locked out of my room and my key card wouldn’t work the carpet is dishing but nothing was worse than the smell and roaches.

The room smelled like smoke though it was a non-smoking room. The air conditioner worked well. There was hot water, but it took a very long time to get warm.

To make matters worse, the hotel advertised amenities that simply did not exist. There was no swimming pool and no fitness center, despite these being listed when I booked my stay. This felt misleading and dishonest. The front desk staff was also incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns, they were dismissive and lacked even basic customer service skills. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Dirty rooms, false advertising, unpleasant odors, and rude staff made this a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice lady at front desk. Room had strong smoke smell, roaches, stained carpet, and dirty walls. So many bugs and roaches…..

Bed Linens were stained Towels were stained. Bathroom needed cleaning. TV signal was bad, kept loosing the channel. Internet kept going on and off AC worked great

Nothing false advertisement Nothing

First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). They offered no other options, compensation or anything to accommodate making them a bed. Second, the 2nd floor hallway wreaked of pot. The carpets were nasty, ceiling tiles were falling and the white bedspreads were NOT clean. The bathtub had no way to plug the drain to give the boys a bath. Internet/service was horrible and the tv reception was awful. Third, the website said the hotel had a “grab and go breakfast”. There was NO BREAKFAST. There was a coffee bar, but it didn’t even work. Fourth, the website also listed a pool. There was NO POOL. We will NEVER book this hotel again. I know it’s an older establishment, but a little updating of facilities and website would be much appreciated. Just go somewhere else!!!

And racing scooters in the parking lot We stayed for 6 days and our room was never cleaned no clean sheets no clean towels the kitchen area had dirty sticky floors no coffee maker no dishes or silverware no pot pan no dish soap or dishwasher detergent smelled of .mold Bugs crawling everywhere I had to take all of my clothing to a laundromat to make sure the bugs weren't in my luggage I rate this dive of a l"hotel and that's stretching it" a negative 20 PLEASE IF YOU ARE CONCIDERING THIS PLACE I EMPLORE YOU ..DON'T YOU JUST MAY COME BACK WBUGS IN YOUR LUGGAGE Also they said they offered breakfast.....they did not nor the pool they said they had I travel alot and this by far is the worst place I've stayed I emplore you not to consider this place

That it had a kitchen Half of the electric outlets didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work, tub didn’t drain, 1 plate and 1 bowl provided, sheets had blood stains, every time I went to the service desk to ask for the help the staff were not there- they were outside smoking, and or vaping

The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.
