Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Historic District

We went for just one night and overall it was a good experience. We did have a room with a connecting door which made it easy to hear the music of the people next door.

Great breakfast - good parking - our suite was spacious and clean - enjoyed our stay

and the juice machine could be colder but other than that it was in a great location just minutes away from historic Williamsburg. But I do wish they had a laundry room so we can wash our clothes but other than that it was wonderful

A great place to stay! Clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, there was a great hot breakfast every morning. I highly recommend!

The bathroom sink drained slowly. Lady at front desk was very nice and brought some Drano.

We had a spacious suite that was just right for our trip to Busch Gardens. Our room was clean and all staff were cordial.

Other Hampton Inns have the breakfast cereal individually packaged instead of sitting in a huge glass tube. And the milk available is skim or 2% but other Inns have regular full-fat milk which we prefer. However, all in all, we felt this inn was a good value.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The front desk staff was very kind and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had all the information we needed (and more)! The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, we had everything we needed. When we checked out, the kids told me that their favorite part of vacation was the breakfast buffet (highest marks, considering our vacation also consisted of Busch Gardens and water country USA). The location was convenient to everything we needed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Property was very clean and parking lot was large enough to fit all guests. The breakfast however was not up to Hampton standards as I have been used to around the Hampton family chain.

Internet connection at this property was very poor. It made it difficult if not impossible to watch the World Cup games when we got back at night. That was disappointing.

Did not like the smoking section right outside of the front entrance. I did not appreciate having to inhale cigarette smoke every time we went in or out. It should be moved farther away.

After arriving to the room and inspecting( room just cleaned by housekeeper) toilet paper roll had poop 💩 on it. Immediately called housekeeping to the room. After this, the rest of the stay was nice. Danielle, the other receptionist was very nice and apologetic for my wait.

Clean room and breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Only problem I had was that the shower you had to run it for awhile before it warmed up

The stay was good. The beds are not comfortable at all but everyone will have a different opinion. The water pressure was not very good but everything most important was fine. The one and only reason I wouldn't stay again is just bc my back can't handle the hard beds. The staff were professional and nice and everything was clean.

Great price! I would recommend a topper for the mattresses. They’re a bit firm.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place. The morning Buffett is always so nice. So many choices.

Breakfast was amazing!! Staff was pleasant and did a superb job at keeping dining area and food areas clean. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again!!
