Great 2 night stay. Clean room.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Always helpful no matter what you need. The location is also a plus as it is close to both the theme parks and colonial Williamsburg. Overall great place to stay.

The rooms are spacious.

unfortunately the mattress was a -10! paid a lot of money to sleep there.. the mattress made my body hurt all day. The mattress! The hotel need to burn that mattress I slept on. Been better off sleeping on the floor. paid a lot of money for that bed just to not sleep..hurt & be miserable.

The hotel was great. The only issue we has was that the mattresses are due to be replaced they were not very comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. We used the gym and pool. The bed and room was comfortable. Our door was hard to open and close.

Greta location, friendly and accommodating staff. Beds and pillowed were comfortable. Room was spacious. The hallway on the second floor was very humid. The gym equipment was old. The breakfast was not good. More trash cans on the room.

A few staff members had really bad attitudes in a few departments. Asked for service didn’t get it. Bottom of the door had a gap in it which means you can hear everything in people’s room in the hallways a few things were broken in the room when we got th

We went for just one night and overall it was a good experience. We did have a room with a connecting door which made it easy to hear the music of the people next door.

Great breakfast - good parking - our suite was spacious and clean - enjoyed our stay
