During our two-night stay, we experienced several issues that made our stay extremely unpleasant. There were roaches in the room, and only two towels and washcloths were provided for two people for the entire two-night stay. Housekeeping never came to clean the room or provide fresh towels. On top of that, there were loud arguments taking place in the parking lot at all hours of the night, making it difficult to feel comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the condition of the room and lack of basic service were very disappointing

I liked that it was a place for us to stay while we went to Busch gardens and Virginia Beach. I didn't like the roaches crawling over the one bed. I didn't like that everything looked broken inside and the mattresses were futon mattresses pretty much. The air conditioning in our room at least had alot of water cycling inside and not alot of cold air coming out of it til we lowered it to damn near sub zero temps.

The room was clean, AC worked great, staff was friendly, and the hotel location is top notch a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, in fact with in walking distance, if you don’t mind the exercise, and a short drive to Busch Gardens. The only issue we had was that we were on the top floor on the far end of the hotel and there’s only one elevator and it was on the other end.

Room minimally clean,ROACHES! Shaded parking+, not what expected from Wyndem affiliation

Bugs. Roaches and bed bugs. Not many, but they made their presence known. Huge gaps around door. At least the locks worked. No water pressure in toilet, barely flushed. Carpet was dirty, as evidenced by the way my feet looked this morning after taking a shower last night and carefully scrubbing my feet.

The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so there was nothing available to watch. The internet worked only part time. Trash was overflowing from the outside receptacles. There was no coffee machine in the room. There was coffee available in the lobby but it didn’t open until 7 AM and we were up at 6 AM. The elevator made a grinding noise as it operated. Will not return.

It was clean The pillows was not fluffy or thick There was no pool on the property. It was closed. And there was no housekeeping on the weekend.

Superb

The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though.

I was not overly impressed that my children found casings of guns on the floor while they were playing.

Rooms were old, falling apart, dirty and disgusting

I have stayed here before and it was ok. But my last experience was horrible. I left all my bags in my car because roaches were literally falling off the ceiling! I would have left but I knew i couldn't get my money back. I literally had to go buy roach spray!!

Front staff was very nice Peeling paint off the ceiling, room smelled musty, the sink leaked and kept floor soaked, roaches were everywhere, wifi was slow testing barley worked took several minutes to get something to play and we had a naked lady screaming outside our room at 2:30 in the morning waking my kids up.
