The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was that the website and motel still advertised a swimming pool. The pool was closed and had not been opened this year at all. Not sure the problem or why it was not open. If they are not going to have a pool open for guest when it is 100 degrees outside they really need to remove that from the website or state that it is currently closed. Had I know this it would have changed my reservation. Not very nice and deceitful by the chain. Not the staff.

Listing on Hotels.com said there was a pool, but the desk clerk said the pool has been out of action for over a year, and Hotels.com is not helping them remove it.

Location. Nice staff. Dirty rooms.

The room was absolutely filthy. We immediately went to the front desk, had the front desk clerk come up, look at the condition in the room, he said he would refund us through booking.com. Also, the pool was shut down and evidently, it hasn't been open in 2 years, have stayed in mini red roof fans and always had a good experience. This place should not be a red roof franchise. Seems like this is more of a housing unit for section eight than an actual hotel. And still waiting for my refund from booking.com.It's been 5 days.

The room was very clean and recently updated. The shower was not great.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable bed. Shower had hot water. Ample parking and relatively quiet location.

The staff was great, nice and friendly. The room had some bugs moving on the floor, and the walls by the sink needed to be cleaned. I found a clear cover of a razor blade on the tub sill, and it looked like mold in the higher areas of the tub.
-
Both rooms did not have enough toliet paper or towels for all guests. The pictures online is definitely far from what it looks like. It was really not worth the money paid.

Looked clean when I first walked in. Liked coffee device. Bad rundown location on Capital Landing Road. I was concerned about my safety. Mold/mildew covering top of tub ceiling. I did not use the shower because of this. Rusty broken pieces along bathroom entry door. Visibly torn old mustard colored sitting chair. Air conditioning system was not cold Tepid feel with humidity.

Desk personnel were very nice. First room smelled overwhelming of disinfectant followed by a cat pee smell all night. Second room smelled of disinfectant unpleasantly strong. Rooms were old and not well maintained-faucet was moving in one room and shelving was crooked. Hangers were rusty. Breakfast was a bagel. Juice dispenser was broken, decaf coffee dispenser was broken, no protein choices. For over $200 per night I expected more.

I want to start by saying the staff was great. Everything else was TERRIBLE. The room was so run down. They cleaned it as best as i think they could but the paint was chipping everywhere and it smelled like smoke. Whatever corporation making millions for owning these places should be ashamed. Do not stay here if you want to be comfortable. If you’re just sleeping it’s fine enough but it’s so expensive for what it is.

In the first room, the sheets appeared clean; however, the mattresses looked dirty and somewhat moldy. The ceiling was visibly falling in, the bathtub was dirty, and the soap dispensers were empty. The room also had a strong odor of mold mixed with cigarette smoke. In the second room, the bathtub had visible mold, the mattresses appeared moldy, and the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. Don’t let the pictures fool you! The property advertised a pool, which was located at the end of the parking lot, but it appeared to be closed or out of service. Breakfast was very limited, consisting primarily of cereal, toast or bagels. The fruit juice machines were not working, and the breakfast area was cluttered with boxes, making it feel unkempt and uninviting. Overall, the condition of the rooms and common areas did not meet our expectations. Significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest amenities are needed before we would consider staying here again.

Sandwich was left in our fridge. Breakfast was sparse. Baked goods stale. Served our purpose of getting rest before heading to the beach. Close to the outlet mall.

Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated.

Good place for the value and a comfortable bed.

Absolutely lovely area! No Housekeeping staff

The staff were phenomenal. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I realized this is a budget choice but the breakfast was pretty lacking, I only drank the coffee because the rest was basically just low quality white carbohydrates. The room was not super well maintained. There were issues with the room that were not in good working order. For example, the bathroom door didn't close all the way which didn't matter for me since I was staying there by myself but would have mattered if I had been with others.

Sadly the bathroom was a mess… cracked tiles, encrusted showehead, poor caulking. Great upgraded TV and clean comfortable bed. Overall a B-
