pet friendly, excellent staff, great location

Definitely needs updates, but ok for a place to sleep.

We were there to sleep because we had a busy vacation. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The only downfall I had was the bathroom was super small and there was no air circulating in there, so the towels remained wet. The staff was super nice! I would stay again.

-black mold in bathroom shower on ceiling (1st floor) -floor was filthy, I had to wash with soapy water and towels bc it was literally black -rust on bed frame and floor from Animal pee -duvet cover was dirty -POOL ISNT OPEN even though it's advertised -breakfast is minimal and most items were out of stock -coffee machine was out of order, so crappy bfast and no coffee -toilet was broken and handle had to be barely touched or it would break -room was full of flies when we first opened door, at least 10 bc I killed them - dried boogers on walls -door had muddy handprints all over it -old chewing gum stuck to side of wall -remote didn't work when we checked in Unfortunately we were staying two nights so the next morning I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. ***I've never stayed somewhere so horrendous. I wouldn't pay $10 to stay there again. Only thing convenient was location.

The room are neat and clean. The staff are always friendly.

Coffee maker in your breakfast room did not work. Could not get coffee. The real coffee pot it was dirty. I had coffee grinds all inside the water compartment

Dirty spread, filthy floor, stinky room, door didn’t lock good. This was the second room they put us in. Will never stay there again.

The maintenance guy needs to stay out of the front office and start repairing the building, dirty plugged up filters and bathroom ceiling peeling paint around the light fixture 4 in. Radius... Hand rails going upstairs were dirty n sticky.. but great woman at front desk Ms. Jennifer she knows her stuff !!!

Amazing helpful staff. The breakfast was only cereal. My room’s ceiling was patched because I guess there was a leak or something? It looked like an ancient room but did what it needed to do. Can’t complain for the price. Ample parking and AC worked. Room was clean. No elevator though! Cleaners did the best they could.

Worst place I’ve EVER stayed. Our roof started leaking from a clearly crappy repair. Management did not care. Ruined our clothes and my daughter fell bruising her entire side and face. And we were told they’d refund us half a day for a weekday. Mind you this happened the night we checked I which was a Saturday. The front desk woman was very sweet. But “Mr Patel” told her no refund and we could not check out. Imagine hiding damages and mold and then we were the ones at fault?? It’s stinks, the pool is closed and it’s all around a horrible experience!! Avoid at all cost. If this is all you can afford just don’t go

I was told the continental breakfast was available until 1030. When I went down at 10 for a cup of tea, it had been cleaned up at 9:30. Also, I booked a room with a pool and yes, there was a pool, but it was covered and it was 104° out. I always book a room with a pool as I want to swim so I was very disappointed with that don’t advertise that you have a pool if it’s not available.

The property is truly run down. We had two dead roaches in our room, at least they were dead. The ice machine did not work, the shower lacked allot to be desired. I should have been Leary by the price. But read the recent reviews and they were good so took a chance.

Salvo lo expresado, el hotel está pasable
-
Basic bagels and toast for breakfast, coffee machine was broken, same as soda machine, pool is not in use. Room was ok, sink was not the best. Linen was clean
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was that the website and motel still advertised a swimming pool. The pool was closed and had not been opened this year at all. Not sure the problem or why it was not open. If they are not going to have a pool open for guest when it is 100 degrees outside they really need to remove that from the website or state that it is currently closed. Had I know this it would have changed my reservation. Not very nice and deceitful by the chain. Not the staff.

Listing on Hotels.com said there was a pool, but the desk clerk said the pool has been out of action for over a year, and Hotels.com is not helping them remove it.

Meh

The room was very clean and recently updated. The shower was not great.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable bed. Shower had hot water. Ample parking and relatively quiet location.

The staff was great, nice and friendly. The room had some bugs moving on the floor, and the walls by the sink needed to be cleaned. I found a clear cover of a razor blade on the tub sill, and it looked like mold in the higher areas of the tub.
