Budget Inn

The bathroom was dirty, a used towel was still in the room, there wasn’t a mirror in the bathroom and there was a cockroach problem. The shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain, they wasn’t a phone in the room to call front desk, and no one answered the door when we went to complain. The pool was also empty for it being the hottest time of the year. Overall it wasn’t worth the amount I paid for that room.

The property was trashy- broken furniture outside rooms. The room looked like it had been trashed holes in the walls dead bugs. The tub looked like it had been spray painted a few colors. Your TRUE crack den!

Nothing It was very dirty. Stained mattress sitting on the sidewalk area outside of the rooms. Cigarette burns on the comforter.

Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front. Overall, worth it for the low price point for our 1 night stay.

Nothing Everything

Was filthy dirty, had mold on the baseboards and smell was unbearable. Left without staying a night forfeiting a nights cost.

I didn't get what I paid for, and the hotel was only trying to push our family out the door faster so they could resell our room to some other poor soul. I'm a regular at Williamsburg, and this is the type of hotel that's killing the Williamsburg economy. Due to the attitude, if I didn't have business, I would never return based on attitude alone

Im not happy with the loud noise that has been going on every day of my stay. I will be leaving tomorrow afternoon instead of Tuesday morning because of the disrespect this person or persons continues to show all guests who stay here. The room is nice and comfy. The man at the desk was exceptional. But due to the loud music from someone on the property i will make sure i wont come back here. I can deal with lots of things BUT being disrespected by someone else staying here will never happen again

Good price.. ok location It was dirty bugs in room.. sheets were dirty.. room has damages everywhere

Nothing. Bugs everywhere. Leaking fridge. Dirty sheets and towels. Mold on the wall and AC. Smoke alarm ripped out from wall. No pricacy, able to see outside of the bathroom window since the blinds were broken. Wouldn't stay here for free.

The owner was nice and friendly, and the cost was reasonably and a good location. I was asked to pay a $20 security deposit fee at the time of check-in. The bedding & towels are all stained badly but smelled clean.

Unkept unclear. Exposed open outlet. Broken furniture outside. No king bed but paid for this. Very unsatisfied

Tragédy

This is a true roach motel. If you can tolerate the bugs then it's a fine place to stay. I purchased bug bombs and set off in the room while out and still did not take care of the problem.
