A great place to stay, near a lot of things. I would definitely recommend it.

This was a great place at a very decent price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
-
Great location. Very charming property
-
Clean room, good staff, breakfast was good but 2 toasters did not work.
-
The pool was clean and warm. The pool towels were a great size! The ice maker on our wing was broken so we did not have any ice. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.
-
Clean room and hotel, good stay!
-
If visiting area ask staff for restaurant recommendations they were very helpful. Mini golf course could use some renovation but for a few course that’s what you get.
-
Great stay for the price. Easy parking and access to the Visitors Center. About a 20 minute walk to the Historic area via a safe and well maintained path. The only thing missing is a true restaurant and/or bar onsite. Even a little food market with pre-made sandwiches, etc. would work well here I think. There is a continental breakfast but the line is very long (I went once). Rooms are spacious , clean, and quiet. This is my second time staying here and I’ll most likely return.

A little outdated but would absolutely go back again. Great value for the price!!

The staff are amazing. They were severely short staffed but those who were there were trying their best to help each guest. The grounds are nice and it’s an amazing location to everything we wanted to do while in town. The beds were awful, so uncomfortable and small. They swear they are full size but I had my doubts. We are not big people, but it was hard to share a bed with my wife. The bathroom lighting is not the best and our shower was broken. Another small annoyance if you insist on locking up the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, please make sure they are actually full…so frustrating getting in the shower and not having soap because housekeeping didn’t bother to check them. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The eggs were inedible, not a lot of options, very crowded with little seating. We were at the bar which was covered in dirt and obviously hadn’t been wiped down in a very long time. Also, very strange that some things are cash only like the vending machines but not an ATM on site. The closest one if 3 miles away

Beautiful property.. Very quiet and secluded. The pool was closed. Due to the rain. But still great.
-
Just wish I could have had a microwave in the room to heat leftovers up. Nothing is open late so food was cold from earlier
-
Everything, especially the staff! Nothing! Loved it all!
-
Terrific place, easy to find things, beautiful grounds. I wish there was a real restaurant onsite.
-
Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center.
-
Great staff very friendly and excellent suites. Thanks and virginia is for lovers.

If you want to stay where it’s easy access to the visitors center for Colonial Williamsburg, The Woodlands is the perfect place. Very convenient access to everything in the surrounding areas. We have stayed multiple times and will stay again..

Very convenient location to Colonial Williamsburg A bit older so they had some air condition problems but thankfully the room’s air was working.
