Great stay; everything we needed and outdoor pool was fantastic

We stayed for one night over the 4th of July weekend. We checked-in during the 3 PM hour after dealing with the blistering heat and the AC did not disappoint in our room. We were given options on which floor we’d like to stay in. We chose the fourth floor and were pleasantly surprised to find we could see the fireworks going off from Colonial Williamsburg from their celebrations from our window. It was too hot to stay at CW and this was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was great with the typical fares, but my husband really enjoyed the hot options. I was a fan of the eggs and potatoes that were offered in addition to the yogurt. We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub in the morning since we had quite a bit of time before check out. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool with it being not too hot and not too cold. My husband loved the hot tub which helped him relax his feet from all the walking we did the day before. If this hotel is available and should we ever be back in the area, I would be checking their availability first before looking at any other hotel. Only stayed one night but check in was efficient. Room was large, comfortable and very clean.

Convenient location Rooms are old and beds need a refresh

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really basic. It could be improved both in quality and variety.

Great outdoor and indoor pool side by side. It was very hot so we really enjoyed the pool.

Room was very clean and the staff was so nice. We only had breakfast one day but was good and the breakfast area was very nice and open. We didn’t do the pool.

Beautiful facilities, spacious room….. beds were very comfortable, except that the pillows were way too soft for our preference….. excellent hot tub & indoor & outdoor pools….. breakfast was delicious, as always….. The pillows were way too soft…… Also, the pool room was way too hot to be comfortable….. the hot tub & indoor & outdoor pools were great, though…..

Staff was very good. Also, breakfast was good!

The receptionist, upon our 9:30 PM checkin, was kind enough to make another pot of coffee for me, which was very much a welcomed treat!
