The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, the housekeeping staff was so sweet, every morning in the hallway they would say good morning, have a nice day! not one complaint, we had a fantastic stay!

Comfortable bed, good location, morning front desk staff member was very friendly Room needed repairs and updating ( carpet was stained, wall was in poor shape and vanity was very worn)

The manager and staff were awesome! We originally booked the hotel through Booking.com. On our way down to the hotel, the manager called and told us that the hotel was completely full and did not understand why Booking.com made the reservation. She was extremely helpful by calling Booking.com herself to explain why we needed the cancelation and then told us of available hotels in the area for first night's stay. Then she also gave us a very nice discount on the 2nd night at this hotel when the room was available. Excellent customer service!

Location, facilities and hot breakfast! Also having 2 pools was great! There was nothing I didn’t like.

Had an inside/outdoor pool, ice machine on each floor. Very clean & spacious.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breafast area clean . Pillows flat as pancakes. Every Hampton Inn I have stayed at before had great pillows. Bathrooms need to be updated, need to ne more senior friendly.
