Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Central

Good location, nice staff. Pillows uncomfortable and breakfast wasn’t good, kids were running around in the serving room touching every serving spoon and I saw one putting the spoon in his mouth just needs more supervision in the serving room please.

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was very good. We would stay here again.

Everything was okay. Staff tried to be accommodating. Had to wait a substantial time for my room to be ready although I came at check-in. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

This is an excellent hotel. The room and facilities were modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and professional. We completely enjoyed our stay. The location was also great, very near to the historic downtown.

S/O to housekeeping for going the extra mile not only tidying up my room but accepting a favor pertaining to something I had left behind that needed refrigeration. They did it without an issue and I genuinely appreciated that!! Thanks Hampton Inn Housekeeping and staff!!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room, indoor pool area and breakfast area were all extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was a adequate continental breakfast. I have stayed at one in New Jersey with a more upscale breakfast. I guess it varies when we are in a tourist location.

Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the buildings and in our room. The breakfast was well prepared and offered a lovely variety. It was obvious that the buffet area was being constantly maintained.

Room, breakfast and clean all apply. TV didn't work properly, especially in the evenings. Picture and volume kept fading in and out. I would have appreciated maid service 'every other day' as notice on bathroom mirror stated. Room was a mess after 4 days.

Employee working evenings, after I'd come in from a long day at Colonial Williamsburg, was so polite and helpful! Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Pillows definitely need to be replaced.
